He showed me the different options and sizes, measured everything and was able to provide the quote in a one sitting. I requested the windows be replaced in June 2018, they were right on the mark! Replacing the windows is something we have wanted to do for the last 8 years. 2018 seemed like a good year to do it in. It was to be a surprise for father's day. I was a tad bit apprehensive... he loves them as well (Thank goodness!). They were able to build a bay window to match the configuration of the previous window. I also requested that the two other windows in the front of the house be built out into mini bay windows to match the living room one. These had to be custom built on-site. The windows turned out fabulous! These guys are amazing! 3 days and they had all the windows removed and replaced, including building the bay windows. You can definitely tell they have been working together for awhile. I just stepped back and tried my best to stay out of their way. Before they were replaced, the windows had a dark brown frame, which made the house look like it was a mint ice-cream chocolate chip house. We finally got rid of the chocolate chip windows. They answered my email by saying my chair was not worth recovering: "Thank you for reaching out to us. While we do reupholster certain chairs, we'd have to sub-contract the wood refinishing to a wood specialist. I'm afraid that unless this chair has sentimental value, it's probably not a project you want to pay a shop for as it would become too expensive. My best guess without measurements and calculations is that you could probably find a good replacement for less. This would be a great DIY project for someone, though, and we could sell you tools and supplies to complete it." So, she thinks my furniture is not good enough. She thinks a I can't afford to have the work done. She thinks I should do it myself. Most of all, she doesn't give me an effing estimate. I'm not looking to replace it. I am looking to buy additional chairs and I'm looking in the $1000-2000 range. I can't believe the stupidity and condescension.

Bethel would not warranty a defective door slab for me. Their rep Cason wouldn't even take 20…read moreminutes out of his day to come and look at it. He blamed me for a crack that follows the grain on my door slab. I also had a window that filled up with water that they warrantied. 2 out of 3 products that I purchased from Bethel have been defective. Cason lost a window and door package worth $30k over not warrantying my door. I hope the owner of Bethel reads this and explains customer service to his employees. I have pictures of the cracked slab but am unable to to add them to my review.

Trevor was aggressive and unprofessional after completely botching the job on my new vehicle. The tint had numerous uneven cuts and flaws, showing zero attention to detail. Was told my job was bumped for larger job. Was not notifed of completion and when I visited shop, noticed it was finished to an incredibly poor standard (wish I could post a picture) Contractor wouldnt accept it and was told "summer staff was responsible."
