She ruined my daughter's day because she told her about her bad negative experiences in life and held her for 7 minutes telling her more and more of how hard and bad her life is while sitting at her desk, texting on her phone while at work and sipping from her coffee. My daughter was in a hurry to pick up my younger daughter who's enrolled here with the learning experience. She didn't make her feel comfortable at all and unwelcome. When we started the search for day care and walked into TGTA, Ms. Toma instantly made us feel welcome and safe. Every morning our toddler runs up to her teachers and gives a big bear hug, which is a constant reminder to me of how much she enjoys her time here. I appreciate that she gets designated reading, music and art time. We find that her vocabulary, social skills and general curiosity are increasing by the day. For our infant, we receive daily reports for feeding, naps, diapers, etc which makes the transition from school to home that much easier. I wanted a daycare that had some structure to it and didn't just let the kids watch tv all day. Once I did the tour, I was impressed with how friendly the staff was and willing to take the time to talk to me. The rates are very affordable too and meals are included! My son has been at the day 4 1/2 months now and it has been a great experience. The staff and Ms. Cynthia (the owner) continue to be caring and encouraging to my son. They let me know when he needs extra supplies or has any problems that might crop up. They have a great app called Brightwell where I can see photos, crafts, and what they're learning every day. The next lady that approached me was extremely rude yelling at me that I can't do this and she's going to report it. I let them know I don't the system, but if they tell me a better option I would be happy to do it. There was no reason to be that rude. Politely offering a more appropriate solution would've been sufficient. Instead this lady was aggressive with me as I was juggling two toddlers and a newborn in the Texas summer heat. The last thing I wanted to do was slow down the line, but being nasty about it when the first young lady told me it was ok feels like her anger was misplaced. Unacceptable.

We have been lucky to have some really wonderful teachers from the infants classes all the way to Pre-K 4. My child learned so many amazing things and was excited to go to school each day. After infant 2, you no longer get activity logs or pictures of your child even though it state ms you will in the parent handbook that you sign. 45 day withdrawal notice without proration so be sure to time it perfectly or you'll lose out on your deposit. My child no longer enjoys going to school and haven't been able to connect with the new teacher with the exception of 1 that has since resigned. 2 of the 3 teachers in Toddler class is no longer there within such a short period of time. . The food is unhealthy (Apple Jacks, ect ) for a 20 month old even-though my child feeding directions show nothing with added sugar. I really want to like this school but with the higher ratios than all of the neighboring schools and multiple undocumented accidents leaving my child with marks and no explanation I just can't recommend this school. $1700 per month, + $150 quarterly supply fee... not bad but not worth it for what you get
