It lifted the cover off and chopped up and mangled the wires inside. It was a real mess. Garden Time really helped us out. They squeezed us into their busy schedule closing down systems for the winter for their regular customers. The Garden Time representative was unsure if he could help us out when he saw the state of the control box, but he was persistent. He figured the puzzle out and got all stations going again. I was anxious to blow out the sprinklers before the imminent freeze. The price was quite reasonable. I know who I will call if I need service in the future.

They worked at a neighbors house. They opened the spectrum box of neighbors phone/cable/internet…read morewithout authorization and disconnected all of our services (6) to be exact. He did not knock on the door to ask permission or let us know what was going on. When confronted about hitting a cable line he replied "no I didnt hit it, I disconnected it". I told him that is not ok and I wanted my service reconnected immediately, he argued and bullied me saying he will take as long as he wants to reconnect it. I asked him for a business card to formally complain. He said he didnt have a card and told me to "take a picture of my truck, who are you going to complain to? I am the owner." Then said he would return my services when he was ready and since I complained he wasn't in a hurry to do it. After a call to Spectrum, I confirmed that NO ONE is permitted to open that box and disconnect wires. Then a call to the Building Department to confirm that he did not get a permit to do the work. He plays fast and loose with building codes hoping to get in and out before anyone notices. He is unprofessional and thinks he is entitled to do anything to other neighboring properties if it makes his work easier. He bullies women - holding my cable/internet/phone hostage because I complained to him. This is all documented with Spectrum and Town Building Department.

However, once in a while ---you are lucky enough to come across a person who takes pride in his work and knows his business. I used to deal with another major sprinkler business in the Albany, NY area. However, I was still having issues which the other company did not fix. I called H2 Mow Lawn and Sprinkler. Bruce, the owner, came out on a Sunday morning personally to fix my problems and make repairs. He went above and beyond. Thank you Bruce !!! If you try them once, believe me, you will see the difference. It takes someone with technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and fix things---especially irrigation.

I would Never recommend this Company After spending over…read more15k on a brand new driveway the Owner Mike Richter was putting in a new retaining wall (sub par work) he did not know what he was doing. Yelled at his employees. Fired 3 of them during the project and drug his equipment around putting large gouges in my new driveway. When I said it was unexceptable He claimed that it is what insurance is for. After getting the Estimate he got angry said he was not paying for it, complained about the driveway companies recommendation to seal it. I tried to compromise with him and he was going to finish up the season and call it even. Well that lasted about $162.00 worth of work on $1,500 worth of damage Mike treats his employees horrible. Not a man of his word, the workmanship is subpar Stay far away My next step is small claims SMH
