Their fancy million dollar crane also crushed my sidewalk like a potato chip, and I have to call the Town of Queensbury to try to get that repaired. I asked about having 2 very large trees removed from my property. His office called me back within the hour, said they can meet me tomorrow morning to give me a price, so we set it up for 8am the next morning. Butch and his crew were at my house Saturday morning at 7:30 am. He looked over the trees, gave me a very reasonable price to take them down, grind the stumps down to below ground level, remove all wood and clean up the site. I agreed, and I asked him when he could do this, and he said he would have the work completed THAT SAME DAY! Which he did! In less than 24 hours the trees gone, property cleaned up as if they were never here! These guys were very professional and they worked quickly, great job all around. I highly recommend Butch and his crew

Tomorrow will be one month since he came to my house. AWFUL!!!! Another contractor warned me this might happen. "IF THEY DON'T WANT TO DO IT, THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY." The women I spoke to at their office sounded flabbergasted when I shared that information with them. One of them looked on his desk on two separate occasions and found nothing!
