Cut my own tree back rather than trying my luck with yet another crappy business in this area. It would be great to be able to pay someone else to do specialty work on occasion.

This year it was a big job with a lot of trimming and multiple trees cut down (about 1 1/2 days). Prices were very reasonable for both jobs. Clean-up and communication were excellent both times, and they showed up on time. His crew was very friendly and hard-working. Todd listened to me and recommended some things I hadn't thought of. In short, Todd did exactly what we agreed upon and exceeded our expectations in every way. Did I mention that clean-up was superb? I'm very happy and will continue to use Four Seasons every couple years. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. They even blew everything out to minimize dust and pollen. I included a couple after photos to show the phenomenal clean-up. I only wish I had before photos to show how much work was done. Again, very satisfied and highly recommend.

Tomorrow will be one month since he came to my house. AWFUL!!!! Another contractor warned me this might happen. "IF THEY DON'T WANT TO DO IT, THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY." The women I spoke to at their office sounded flabbergasted when I shared that information with them. One of them looked on his desk on two separate occasions and found nothing! The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement. Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations. When work started, his crew arrived promptly each morning and got straight to work. I must say, these guys work fast and hard. It's worth mentioning that they cleaned up their debris beautifully. The place was spotless when they finished. Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece. You can see the difference immediately, in the pictures. It looks like a brand new home. We got compliments from our neighbors immediately. Brian went above and beyond our expectations. We are so blown away by him and the company we are looking forward to having them replace our interior doors, as well. I wish every company had this kind of integrity and quality.

I asked for a few things, in order to lower my price (for example, taking care of debris myself, installing some shutters myself, etc...). I received a lower quote, but the numbers didn't make sense. As well, I was supposed to have samples brought over, and they weren't. I called and asked about it, and about the numbers, no response. I emailed, no response. I called again (a week later), and got him on the phone. He said he ran out of samples, even though he was supposedly bringing them over a week earlier. He said he'd leave them on his front porch if I wanted to pick them up. He started going off to me about not having time to discuss options with me. And, that since it's a small job I wasn't really too important. I hung up, since it was going nowhere and that's no way to earn my business. If you don't want my money and business, someone else will get it. If I want options to be within my budget, that's my prerogative as a consumer. If your math doesn't add up, I have the right to ask about it. If you don't want "small" jobs, don't quote them.
