My husband agreed these and paid for a dry clean and for the hem to be put up. On getting the dress back there was a clear iron mark on the back of it. On returning it was denied that an iron had been anywhere near the dress. Latterly one of the ladies in the shop admitted that a trainee had worked on the dress but had been closely supervised. The impression my husband got was that they couldn't do anything to help and frankly they couldn't have cared less. Asked that we wait for the woman who took the dress in to be back at work. Given the intransigence experienced, there was no point to that. People in these jobs should care about people having a great service, they don't. Avoid this firm if you can. We certainly won't be back. Disgraceful service.

While…read morethe place we rented had a small washer/dryer under the counter, our experience has been poor. They take a long time to wash and even longer to dry. Since we didn't want to spend an afternoon (an evening) at home, we gave this laundry service a call. It didn't have any reviews in yelp but the owner of the flat we were renting left there name in the Home instructions. Drove over and found them in a residential area of town. The place was small the clothes were in bags out the door and all the washers were going. Didn't have high expectations and was really disappointed when they said it would take two days to get the clothes back. However, when I mentioned where we were staying they instantly said they not only could do our laundry that day but deliver it to our flat before 5. ( They must do the laundry for the owners of this rental) The price was 15 pounds for one large dark load and one white load. Pretty reasonable. Sure enough they had everything back to us just before 5pm all clean and folded and wrapped in plastic. In my book they went from one star to 5 stars. Don't judge the book by its cover.

The service was quick and reliable and they even do a 24 hour service if you really need that item in a hurry. There isn't really much more to say about it! The job was done, it was done well and the staff were lovely and helpful, and my Mum's jacket was given back to us beautifully clean! Brilliant!
