Where to begin. Owners Maurice Ramsay and Billy Easter are one of a kind movers. Unfortunately Billy Easter you wont meet cause he cant help move cause hes on disability. But his twin, Billy Easter will as you can see in the photo off of Less Stress Movers website. Dont worry if you cant pack. They will pack it for you. They will decide for you what doesn't get moved. Not only do they take cash and credit cards for payment. They are very accommodating and will take shoes, clothes, electronics, sports memorabilia or whatever else. On a good note they are helping out by less for the client to unpack. They even will help you out with where to rent a uhaul and even storage units. And they even go above and beyond by getting one of your storage keys to keep an eye on your stuff. Now that's service! Maurice will even take the uhaul back for you on empty cause his business partner Ofer Daton owns the uhaul rental and has the best gas prices in town. Dont worry Maurice never has to wait for his help. He takes the uhaul the client rented and picks up his guys. What a multi tasker. Maurice has been in business 15+ years. Please enjoy the pictures of my unit and the very nice packing and extra time they took in putting my stuff in my storage units. Please enjoy the pictures of his experience in packing dishes. Glasses and things. read more

Less Stress Movers - Less Stress Movers will place your items exactly where you want them in your home - Movers Near Me

Maurice thoughtfully gets paid by the hour, which means he'll take all the time in the world to stop and tell you stories while unloading, always making sure that he's in the AC while doing so. Have you ever been trapped by a guy telling boring stories at a party? Now picture that on your moving day when it's hot and all of the doors are open, letting the AC out while a mover is leaning on a dolly with your stuff on it, telling you about that time he moved some famous person. Meanwhile, the guy unloading the truck will work as quickly as possible if you're watching, because he wants to get out of there, even if that means taking things marked clearly as ART/PICTURES FRAGILE and dropping them off the back of the truck four feet to the ground rather than using the ramp. Less Stress is right -- they will NOT be stressed over your move. Don't be fooled by so many five star reviews -- many times companies get their friends to write reviews, and I have a hard time believing that these reviews are legit considering the service I got from the guy mentioned by name in so many of these reviews. I wouldn't have minded the stories and the significant number of breaks (after all it was a very hot day) but then was shocked to see that the cost of unloading was so much higher than what we were quoted. Maurice might be the highest paid entertainer in all of Vegas! read more

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism with the entire Less Stress crew! We hired four guys for four hours, and they unloaded our entire 26' truck with smiles on their faces the entire time. They took extra care around doorways and up the stairs. We have heavy, solid furniture, including a seven foot farm table that easily weighs 200+ pounds. The Less Stress crew moved it with so much care! Maurice is an absolute gem of a person. When this company says you'll feel less stress, they mean it! He didn't want us lifting a thing or feeling like we had to worry one bit. The crew arrived early, helped us maneuver the truck around a tricky area to unload, and got right to work. There were never moments where they stopped, wasted time, or ran the clock. We paid for four hours and they made sure we got every single minute! We made the mistake of not marking our boxes, so the crew made sure to ask us where we wanted everything--even though they could have easily dumped things into one giant pile. They not only placed our furniture exactly where we needed, but they even insisted on assembling it. They even fixed a piece of our furniture for us! I couldn't believe it! We poured through reviews on MovingHelp.com, and Less Stress had the highest rating for the cheapest price. It's a no-brainer! Not once were we pressured to give a tip (even though we did because they were just absolutely fantastic). At the end of the unload, each of the crew members actually thanked us for the opportunity to show us great customer service. That level of professionalism is just so rare these days. I cannot gush enough about this company. What a blessing to find professional, fun, hard-working, and affordable help. My husband and I have been through 10+ moves each (we're a military family) and we've had our fair share of disaster moves. Having Less Stress unload the truck was easily the best moving decision we've ever made. We will ABSOLUTELY be hiring them again! read more

Maurice showed up right on time! Masks on and ready to help us empty the 20 ft. truck. He and his team are so cautious not to hit walls or wreck any stuff. They are proud of their work ethic and it shows! They sure made our move Less Stress! Thank you Maurice you were a joy to work with and very charismatic! read more

Unprofessionalism at its finest. Property was damaged and I got blamed for it countless times. When asked for reimbursement for the damaged property the owner was argumentative, called me inexperienced and stated the law is that they are not held responsible for damaged bags. He also stated that since I got it a while go "what value does it have now" really? Move took long and I was charged for extra time I did not use because they "don't charge by the half hour" which wasn't explained when I booked. This is my third time moving and I've never had such an argumentative, unprofessional encounter with a business owner. At this point I'm less upset about the damaged property and livid about the response I got when asking for a resolve! Unhappy and I do not recommend. read more

This is my second time using Less Stress Movers. Maurice and his team showed up right on time. They did a great job moving some fragile furniture for me, and were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them! read more

I found Less Stress Movers through MovingHelp.com and it was the best decision. Maurice and Hakim were professional, communicative and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough for all your moving needs. read more

Maurice and the crew were fantastic, thoughtful and efficient. Everything was handled with care. The truck was loaded expertly and deliberately. We made the right choice in hiring them to help. I would recommend Less Stress Movers to anyone who needs help with a move! read more

I loved using Maurice and his crew. They were so friendly and professional! Worked hard and made me laugh while working with them. I was moving in a hurry from a bad situation and they were able to work with my schedule and put me at ease while getting me out of an awful apartment complex. When they were running late from another job, Maurice kept me up to date and brought another crew member free of charge and discounted the truck fee for me. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will call them first if I need to move in the Las Vegas area again. 5 stars almost seems too little to give them! read more

Very professional, stayed late to finish the job and even had a great conversation. We've moved 10 times in the last 10 years and have used all types of movers from Craigslist specials to full service (pack, load, unload and unpack) and have only encountered the professionalism Maurice and his team brought once before and it was at (literally) ten times the cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for 'Less Stress Movers'. Beyond professional, they were personable and that's just as hard to find. Thanks guys! read more

Run as fast as you can! They moved us on the 6th of October (CJ does that date sound familiar) My husband rented the Uhual because they don't provide a moving truck. They were very hospitable and professional. We had several boxes and 3 bedrooms and corresponding dressers. We also had a 65 inch tv in our dining room that my husband and my brother planned to box up once the movers had removed all of the other boxes. Instead what took place was that the movers decided to pack the television and load it on the truck. The movers drove the truck to our new place and unloaded our boxes. I even fed them pizza and tipped them because I thought they did a good job. We started unpacking. My husband and brother set up the television and that's when we noticed that the TV was damaged. I immediately texted Maurice and I sent him a picture. He told me to get an estimate and I did. I could not get a hold of him via e-mail or text. When I finally did he was being argumentative. Luckily my husband walked in from work and took the phone. We discovered he had no insurance because they are considered laborers and that's why they don't need a truck. My husband then said so technically you're telling us we are screwed. Maurice then offer to give us his pool table that he was planning to sell. My husband said he would have to talk to me. I sent Maurice an email and text asking for pictures. Nothing ever happened. Now we are here. So if you love your stuff proceed with caution. Ask Maurice if he has insurance. read more

April 2022. Maurice and his crew did an amazing job moving us over two weekends. We received multiple bids from large moving companies and we were shocked at the cost to move our family room, office, and master bedroom ($950 - $1100) locally to a new home less than a mile from our current home in Summerlin. I frantically searched for local movers and found Less Stress Movers by, I would say, divine intervention. They were so accommodating to our needs and our schedule. They arrived early each time and moved us with such ease. We were beyond pleased. I won't use anyone else for labor & moving again! Thank you for a great job! read more

I moved from San Diego to Las Vegas last week. I was nervous about the timing on when I would arrive and if "LSM" would be available to accommodate us. I came with my wife and 2 kids 1yr and 3yr old. Sure enough, Maurice contacted me that day and was checking up on me and my drive. I knew I was going to arrive late, but Maurice said, "I got you when you get here." That was an awesome feeling. He was at the house before I knew it. They tackled our full, 26" U-haul truck within the time frame they stated. They are very friendly and professional. Yes... moving is stressful, but these guys make it LESS STRESSful! read more

I initially called to get a quote ( after comparing). I liked their price ( 2hr minimum $75) as well as the keeping costs down by renting my own U-Haul. Got a confirmation the night before. Maurice and his partner Chris arrived on time. Maurice really took into account what I had ( boxes/mattress etc.) and evaluated what would be the best fit. I got the 1 bedroom/studio truck and it would have been better if I got one size bigger. He wanted to make sure a second trip wouldn't be necessary ( and not spend extra money ) and got started on moving things/fitting items ASAP. I mentioned to him as a FYI maybe ask for pictures via text or consult which truck would be best for future clients. That can be a big help ! My possessions were handled with care and only 1 table needed to be disassembled. Everything did fit. I was totally fine with very minor things that I handled myself to ensure the important items were packed. Entire apt packed ( 90 minutes) and the drive was about 20 min. Unpacked about 45 minutes and assembled my table. Total time of job was just under 3 hours. I felt Maurice was personable, attentive, professional and cared about the task at hand. I appreciated that he wanted to make one trip only. He was confident that my items would fit and don't worry. It was a smooth transition as moving is stressful and can be costly. I made sure to check in with him as I needed to make last minute phone calls. As soon as I saw things were winding down I asked for an ETA so I can be aware of our time frame. I would recommend LESS STRESS MOVERS for moves ! read more

My family and I recently relocated from Arizona to Las Vegas, we utilized movinghelp.com and Maurice's company was not only rated the highest but had the most reviews. The only downfall I would say is they were an hour late as their previous job took longer. They more than made up for it when they arrived, the customer service and efficiency they provided was exceptional! We will definitely be hiring them again for previous moves. Thanks again! read more

Maurice and his guys helped us move from Henderson across town to Southern Highlands.. They did an amazing job quickly and efficiently filling up the truck so that everything fit! Would 100% recommend to use them, They were respectful of our belongings and took special care of items marked fragile and put all of the boxes where we requested when we got to the new house! Made our move stress free! Thanks Maurice & Team! read more

Yeah... nice people, nice price.... however, make sure that all the boxes that leave your previous address actually make it to the new one.... COUNT THEM on departure and on arrival... or you will find out when unpacking, and obviously when it's too late to claim whatsoever, that somehow, many items did not make it... like boxes of China and glasses for example..... not mentioning chips and scratches on furnitures.... just saying.... sloppy job .... read more

I can't say enough good things about this company and Maurice and his crew who helped me. His crew was fast, polite, professional, friendly, careful, and meticulous. They moved all my furniture in two hours and did it methodically, making sure each piece was carefully handled and moved to where I wanted it. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable. After all the work was done, they came back and even helped me set up my bed. Again, a warm and great big thanks to Maurice and his team. The next time I need to move stuff, I, without a doubt, will be calling Less Stress Movers. read more

Our family has moved across the country two times and locally this most recent (third) move. We hired Less Stress Movers hoping that it would be a good pick. Maurice and James arrived at our location promptly and were very professional, courteous, hard working and kind the entire time. They packed and unpacked the 26' truck properly and with care. I would highly recommend Less Stress Movers for any moving job. Thank you!!!!! read more

This is the second time I have used Maurice and LSM. The first time was after I had been broken into and needed to move ASAP for my safety. Not only were they quick to book and professional, Maurice even brought an additional man at no charge just for security watching the truck as they packed (I was in personal danger and it was much appreciated). This second time when I needed to move, I immediately called LSM! They are quick, funny, and personable. I haven't had any issues with damage or missing items during either move. It is clear they care about their customers and want to ensure the best they can for the people who hire them. Would definitely use them again and will continue to recommend them to my friends who are moving! read more

Worst company...moved my girl ...while I was away....use Hispanics to help you this brotha is sad...should be 0 star rating

First of all, thank you for making our move stress free! They accommodated us even though I called them two days prior to our move. It was very last minute! They came in 30 min before our scheduled appointment which was great because we finished early! It is very affordable and they provide their own truck for the move. Maurice, Santino and Billy were very professional. They were also very polite and fun to talk to. They were very hard working. They worked non stop and secured our fragile items in a safe padded place. Great family business. Keep it up! Thank you! We definitely recommend Less stress movers if you want a less stress move! read more

I needed help moving some furniture I bought from a place that doesn't provide delivery. I was happy that they made time for my project ASAP because I had a time limit for how quickly the items had to be moved. They gave me no stress about this only being a short 1 hr job. They were on time, friendly, and took care of my items like they were their own. I appreciated their quick response time and friendliness and would call them again if I find another great item from a source that doesn't offer delivery! read more

These guys are the GREATEST!!!! I have used them for two moves and not one piece of furniture or dish or anything was ever damaged. They are quick and efficient and very helpful. Maurice is a gem and a pleasure to deal with....they are extremely reliable. Best of all they are very fair with their pricing...I am so glad I had them for my moves...because of them definitely Less Stress!! I highly recommend to anyone who needs a mover. read more

Reserved date and time weeks in advance, however, received a text 2 days before my move saying that he was out of town and was unable to help me move. I understand things come up, but to bail 2 days before a move (that I couldn't change) is very unprofessional. To their credit, they recommended another moving company, but did not call them or make any arrangements on my behalf, so I found another company on my own. In short, their name should be changed to More Stress Movers. read more

Maurice and his crew helped me knock out a household move of 3 bedrooms in less time than I thought. There is no doubt that they saved me so much time while being very professional. I strongly recommend Less Stress Movers. read more

They move me from one 5-bed house in Summerlin to another 5-bed house in the same neighborhood in one morning. They did an excellent job. Nothing was damaged. They took the delicate large panels of glass for my office desks in a mover's personal SUV so it wouldn't be damaged in the back of the moving truck. They moved my king bed after they set it up because I wanted it against a different wall. Overall, it was the best moving experience I've had. Thanks guys! read more

Maurice and his crew were very professional. They excelled at using the space on the truck very efficiently. Even though the temperature was 100+, they were consistently pleasant and loaded/unloaded everything within the 3 hour time frame. Just realized I never gave these guys a review! They helped me back in August 2016, and it was SUPER HOT of course! Not only did they get my house moved, they also helped me by making 3 stops after the move to drop off large items I had either donated or sold. Of course, I paid them to do it, but the fact that they did it was just awesome. Thanks Maurice and crew! read more

My husband and I have used Maurice and his crew 3-4 times over the last 10+ years, with the most recent being on 4/27/16. These guys are phenomenal! I trust them to not only get the job done and get it done right, but as a bonus you'll have a fantastic, uplifting day while the guys are with us helping out. You'd think they were having a picnic lunch in the park, with the way they enjoy themselves while doing all of the hard labor. Laughs, jokes and just all around good nature - I truly cannot say enough about them. Thank you, Maurice and crew! read more

These guys helped make my families big move into our new home after a long journey a breeze. They were all very nice and helpful. Took very very good care of moving our furniture and treated every box as fragile. (Our master furniture is extremely heavy.) Fantastic and friendly movers! I hired Maurice and another mover through a u-haul partnered website, but will definitely work directly through his company next time to deal directly with the company. Super friendly, helpful, and actually made the unload fun! Moving is already insanely stressful, and having kind and courteous help during the process seriously takes a load off. As I'm writing this, I'm noticing a few unintended puns. Guess they have their marketing in order :) Would definitely recommend and hire these guys again. Fast. Friendly. Good times. :) read more

I have used Less Stress Movers 3 separate occasions in the past 5 years. I will never move by myself or have to bother friend's to help again as long as I stay in Las Vegas. They work quick, efficiently, move your things with no damage, and all at an extremely reasonable price. My tip is to always have your small things boxed up prior to their arrival so they can grab them with ease along with all your larger furniture. Only movers I have used or will use in the future. Maurice the owner, is a really friendly and professional guy. read more

I called Less Stress Movers on August 8 to see if they could help me unload the contents of a 28 ft trailer into storage on August 9. They were available to help and I made arrangements to have them start at 3:30 PM the next day. It was 107 degrees when we got started but with 4 of their guys and me helping a little the trailer was unloaded and into storage in 3 hours. They were able to get the contents of the trailer (28 x 8 x 9 = 2016 cubic feet) into a 10 x 15 storage unit and part of another 10 x 15 unit. I think I had less than half of the second unit available. It was close but they got it in. These guys worked hard, didn't complain about the heat , were courteous and respectful of my belongings. I'll probably use them again when I need help. read more
