These seats would have been folded down to do the cleaning in the first place. They are saying that these were missed because we didn't pay for enough hours in the first place. They charged $375 per vehicle, but were very generous in giving a $25 discount per vehicle for bringing in multiple vehicles. We still paid $350 per vehicle. This would take all of 5 minutes to vacuum and they said we could bring the vans back and be charged another $75 per hour to get "everything" vacuumed. We will not be using this company in the future.
