I also told them that I might need to rent a outdoor heater as well if it got too cold. They told me the price and I had until the week of to decide if I wanted to add any additional items to my rental. I ended up nothing needing a outdoor heater since the weather wasn't too cold. They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly. I had a great experience using this rental place and will do so again if needed.

She called me 2 days before the party that she made a mistake. She blamed me that I didn't double check. Then she said "if customers owe more they tell me, but less they never say anything". I was surprised with her comment. Blaming me was a dissatisfaction experience with her! The only reason I placed a 3 star not 1 .. because when they dropped off the tables and chairs. Needless to say the kids were pleased and so were the adults. Erik walked me through the process when i was placing my order to help with measurements and cost. Couldn't believe how cheap it was for two bounce houses. When they came to set up they were not upset when we needed them to move the bounce house to another location in the yard. This is the second time we used them for bounce houses. The first time was for a fundraiser for our sons preschool. Both times renting from Erik were easy and seamless. Will i use them again, 100%!!! The kids loved going down the slide! The popcorn machine was also a hit, though I wish I had purchased a butter or cheese topping from the market...it was plain popcorn and not the buttery type you get at Disneyland. I order a small 10x10 jumper and made sure my measurements were correct to fit the 15x15 requirement. However, I forgot about the height, my bad. So, I asked to take it in the backyard and I would pay the fee for the steps, which the guy had to count every step in order to calculate my fee. Money was not the issue and just wanted my son to have a great birthday but the delivery driver was super rude and stated he did not have a long enough cord. So, I told him no problem my husband will go buy a 20ft extension cord because you can't double up the cords, no problem. I was willing to go buy it and then his excuse was that it would not put out enough power even though I have a whole entire separate studio in the backyard with its own power. The man made every excuse to not take the jumper downstairs and had stated I would need a generator and I said okay that is fine and I will pay for the generator but he stated that they didn't carry any when it states clearly on the website that they do. So, they ended up canceling my scheduled appointment for the jumper and refused to give me any of my money back even though I was willing to pay and work around every obstacle that he threw at me. Horrible service and will not recommend to anyone unless you wish to loose out on $294 dollars then be my guest and schedule.
