The front end of our car was pulling to the left, severely. We weren't sure if it was a tire or the alignment, struts so we took it to Leslie's Tire in Monticello.
They met us in the parking lot and looked at our tire. They felt along the tire and right away, he knew what was wrong. The belts in our driver's side front tire were broken. They said it was a very dangerous situation which could result in a blowout and ultimately, a car accident. We needed a new tire.
We explained to him that finances were tight and that we would be back on payday to get a new tire. He told us that he didn't want us driving on the road with that tire still on the car. He replaced our tire and told us we could come back on payday to pay him. We scheduled an alignment for the same day and also paid for our tire.
They are very friendly and provide great service. It is a business but they don't hound you trying to sell you items you don't really need. They get you what you need at a decent price. Most days, you don't have to wait for service, although Fridays are quite busy.
