They showed up to install the pool at 5 pm on a Tuesday evening. They did not use all the sand asked for and left it piled on my grass. The installer was very unprofessional with me when he said we may need more sand, why the did not use what was there he said it would not help. They were unable to complete the installation and left at 1030pm, said they would need to return to complete. We waited 2 days an not on person showed up to finish. They had not even installed the skimmer and return for the filter system. Matt Hale told us to start filling the pool and he would get someone to install the items. The liner had not been stretched and there were creases and wrinkles all over. Being on a water well filling was taking a long time. Lord and behold the storms came and the pool collapsed. We contacted Family Leisure about this and Matt Hale said that it was not their problem anymore and to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Family Leisure did say they would come and change things out for $4,700.00 pluss. Needless to say I will never use or recommend this company again or to anyone for the service we were provided. I followed the instructions exactly, and a part became permanently jammed into another during normal use. When I contacted them, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. Instead of taking care of a customer who had just spent over $11,000, they wanted me to pay $30 in shipping for a replacement part worth around $10. That isn't good customer service--it's nickel-and-diming customers after the sale. The issue isn't the amount of money. It's the principle. Businesses that value long-term customer relationships understand that taking care of a loyal customer is worth far more than squeezing a few extra dollars out of them. As a result, they've lost all of my future business. I won't be buying chemicals, accessories, replacement parts, or recommending this store to anyone. I'll be buying locally or from Amazon instead, where customer service is often far better. If you're considering spending thousands of dollars here, ask yourself how you'll be treated once they've already got your money. Wasn't even his part! I recently had a leak and Tim and the southside guys probably spent an hour and a half helping me. Think I spent $8 on a gasket. If you like to maintain your own stuff, these guys are the best. And if you want them to service it, lots of experience. They know what their doing, their honest and their prices are great. I've been stewing on this for a long time and over the weekend was talking to my cousin about our…read morepool heater issues. My issues, I bought a new Hayward pool heater a few years back. Took these idiots 6 months of not working, several times coming out to discover (from a tech out of Texas) to realize that the gas line/pressure was not high enough. I got a plumber out to up the pressure and lo and behold it worked, only to start leaking within 6 months. They sent out a tech only to tell me damage was due to high chlorine (salt water pool) and voided the warranty! And yes Jordan was a total *ss when you try to talk to him. Next issue, my cousin had a heat exchanger replaced and within 2-3 months it's leaking!!! Leisure time would not do anything about it until 2-3 visits to the store when "Mr. Friendly" Jordan decided to have a repair tech come out to his house. I was at the house along with my cousin when the tech took the heater apart and it clearly was broke at a seam in the heat exchanger, all 3 of us witnessed this along with a video we took. About 3 weeks later my cousin finds out voided warranty because of no back flow preventer? I called Jordan had explained that the video shows a back flow preventer?? "We only go on our techs word and the warranty is void!!! People please, do not purchase anything from these people, they will find any reason to Void your warranty, even if they have to make something us to void it as in both of these issues. The funny thing as I'm typing it my phone shows a comment under the comment that says "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice! If you can see from Mr. friendly Jordan's response, it's all about lie and deny. The technician never tested my water level to see the chemical level! I was there when he showed up. As far as my cousin's pool heater myself, my cousin and the technician all seen the seam leaking in the pool heater. All three of us agreed that it must've been a manufacturers defect because it was on a seam! However, Jordan wants to push the blame onto Hayward to make himself clear from the damages. Which I understand it's not leisure times fault, but Hayward's for a faulty heat exchanger. However, the technician said they were going to send the heat exchanger back to leisure time to have it inspected. So Mr. Jordan, who then inspected the heat exchanger? If the technician said it was going back to your shop to be tested. Final word on this leisure time will lie and deny any type of warranty claims. And they're not the friend list bunch of people when you go in!

He also made great recommendations on what to get and what not to which enabled us to get everything we needed in 1 trip. We had a small issue, called them and we got an appointment set up in 2 days. A service technician came out (again on time) and fixed the issue quickly and we are set up. The customer service is amazing and everyone is super friendly and eager to help us with everything.
