This is long overdue and I apologize for that. Jade was not only personable an professional but literally made us feel she cared as much about doing our loved one right an honoring him as much as we did. As difficult emotionally as this process was Jade put us at ease an guided us through. She heard us she listened she had advice an input we wouldn't have thought of or knew that was available to us. I can't say enough about this young lady. She truly cares for her customers an the company she's representing. Our monument is all an more than we ever thought possible. She kept us informed an up to date on the entire process even after delivery an set up making sure we had what we asked for. Thank you Jade from the bottom of my heart. You are truly meant to be in this business taking care of families at the most difficult times of our lives. You made it easier more meaningful an made us feel so comforted that we actually felt joy to do this for our loved one.....a last way to honor an show our love in stone for years to come. Thank you Jade an thank you B&S Memorials for making sure your people care about the people you serve. Sincerely, CV(Spankey's) family

Now that it is time for the stone to be set, we were told that we have to be grouped in with other deliveries in the area or pay a very hefty fee to bring his out. Please be aware that you will not be accommodated or worked with after your money is taken by this company We were not "grouped in" when they took our money. Now we are just part of a number. I would not recommend this place. Please seek any where else for your loved ones very special piece Addendum: per mr Jeremiah, the purchaser only gets free delivery according to the company's schedule, not the buyer. Buyer beware & please know to ask the right questions upfront. It's a difference in knowing & not knowing & sadly my family did not know any better during our time of bereavement. We were not "misinformed", we just weren't told things we should have been by this company

When I called around they…read morehad the lowest price per gallon and wouldn't charge for a pressure test since I was a new customer. They didn't even state a minimum sale. The truck arrived at our house in about an hour, which was amazing since we live in the middle of a forest, along a dirt road! The gentleman that arrived was surprised that I had a gate that he could drive through to access the tank in our backyard. I had a slow leak which he was able to isolate to the line going to the unused RV hookup. He simply unhooked the union and installed a shutoff valve I had. He was also able to fill one of my 100# bottles that supply my generator. All-in-all he made it an enjoyable experience.
