We returned to thrash, to be met by a man who worked at the pace of a snail, then determined that we would pay $60 to repair, empty, and refill. Again, lifelong customer, new working tank prior to filling. When my recently widowed mother began to cry, as she did not have the $60 to spare, but was willing to pay for the refill, she was meet with total dismissal, and unkind words. it only takes a moment to sow kindness. Instead, the customer service left a widow wounded. We will no longer use Thrash for our personal, and business purposes.

I swung by for propane to fill RV tank. The employee had no idea how to fill an RV. So, when I saw the RV adapter, I simply hooked it to the hose. and ensured the hose reached my vehicle. I was admonished for doing their job, and then waited for another competent individual to supposedly sell me propane. After a while, the incompetent individual vacated the premises and did not speak to me. And, the supposed competent individual never showed up. Fortunately, there are other merchants for propane who are more than happy to treat people kindly and take their money. Thanks Despino Tire in Bossier!

I give…read morethis company zero stars I had them put 100 gallons in my tank and it was $3.15 per gallon. the bill with all their fees & taxes was $365.97. I was shocked and called another company. Ferrell gas's price for gas was $2.24 @ gallon the very same day. When i got the bill there was tax and 1 hazmat fee that was less than 20 dollars. Total was $241.00. HUGH DIFFERENCE !!!!!!!! When i called Amerigas they really didn't care much and offered me a 1 time discount of 5%. I'm sorry but I cut them off and fired them. I can't get passed 87 cents a gallon more. the 2 companies local offices are 15 miles apart. They came and got the tank and pumped out 180 Gallons. 80 gallons was mine and paid for. I hadn't heard from them in over 30 days. So i called them. Well now they say there's a $149 charge to remove the tank and a $49 charge to pump out the tank. They never told me this when I called to cancel the account. Their communication skills are extremely poor. They will and are ripping you off, watch out for the tank removal fee and the pump out fees. Amerigas has more fees than the Airlines.
