There are no bags in the poop stations. emptying the bags or buckets for the dog poop is lacking. It needs mowing, apparently no on site maintenance. it needs site grading and some weeding. The park has an open pavilion, attached to the office, and it has 4 washers /dryers. and also has several ducks that seem to like your car or your RV. Overall I think it's a good getaway for the weekend.

She had asked for a ranch "experience"…read more What we found was indeed a ranch experience, she spent days on horseback, with border collies who herd cows (and kids) and with the nicest crew of any organization we have ever visited. We were catered to from the first phone call. They even made a birthday dinner/cake and joined the celebration. Will took extra care to make sure everyone in our party was engaged, the interns and Will made sure the horse experience was appropriate, fun and informative for our kids including our 6 year old with a prosthetic leg. The kithen and ranch staff are friendly and efficient and more concerned with our comfort than the staff at 5 star resorts! Hi all, I'm writing this review to give a very honest opinion about Magnolia Rv Park. We stayed…read morethere from 3/10/24 to 3/31/24. Over those couple weeks we had multiple negative encounters with the owners. The first - she hemmed me up in the laundry room to complain about one of the trucks being parked on the grass ( it was quite literally one tire) the second encounter we had with them, my husband was had just backed my car in behind our camper and was listening to music, the owner, David came out of no where and banged the window of my car, while my husband and his buddy where sitting there. He then proceeded to scream and cuss in his face and call him childish, disrespectful, trashed our generation (bc that's relevant) and threatened to call the cops. Mind you he never once introduced himself so my husband wasn't even aware that he owned the place. We then found out that they were still talking about us to other people in the rv park AFTER we left. I honestly do NOT recommend Magnolia RV Park. He gives me unsafe vibes

We were initially…read moreshocked to go from South Florida to south Arkansas, with one of our big concerns being the assumed lack of executive housing available. We made a few calls and heard about Estate 128, so we contacted Anita and Brent as soon as possible. Between the five rooms and two studios they stay pretty busy, but were able to move in as another guest was departing. When we arrived on a Sunday Anita and Brent were there to greet us and orient us to the property, and we instantly loved it. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms have plenty of storage for long-term living, and the decor is modern with respect to the original design of the historic home. When choosing Estate 128 we were slightly concerned with the shared living areas, but as travelers, decided that it would be a refreshing change to see some of the same people on a regular basis. We are extremely satisfied with our decision, and have never had a problem coexisting with other guests, as the kitchen accommodates very well. In addition to the kitchen, living room, and billiards room, the outdoor space provides roughly another half acre of living and entertaining. The landscape is equipped with a saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen with bar, sink, and refrigerator, several furnished decks, and paths with a seating area by the koi pond. We love Estate 128, and don't expect being lucky enough for our next location to match what we found here in Camden, AR.
