I paid 185 dollars and was not one single bit better off for it. After trying some more on my own with no success, I came across Barracuda in a Google search. I called for plumbing services because their HVAC service was great for me. Little did I know that…read morea slow draining bath tub would cost 300$ I was informed it was 135$ an hour on top of 35$ truck fee as well as another 35$ snake fee. I thought this was expensive but was giving them business based on the experience I had with their HVAC service. After unclogging the tub they said they would write up the invoice and be back. I was shocked to hear 300$. I was told the invoice would be emailed to me. It took 4 days and 2 phone calls to receive it. Then when I asked why it was so much I was told they charge an extra 95$ helper fee. I asked why they did not mention that before I requested service because they certainly let me know about the other fees all she could say was sorry. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use these guys for anything ever again. I strongly recommend using another company as well. These guys are charging ridiculous fees.

The owner personally showed us around to all the different models as we were shopping for a walk in shower for safety for my parents as they are getting older and less capable of using a step-in shower. After spending at least 45" with us and answering all of our questions, we set up a time for an employee to come visit our home for a free estimate. We ended up going with a walk-in that we personally customized based on several options for walls/flooring/seat/shower head/etc. The finished product looks amazing and we have so much peace of mind now knowing my parents are easily able to use their shower without risk of falling/breaking a hip/etc. If anyone is looking To make their home shower safer for aging parents this is DEFINITELY the place I'd recommend. Installation only took 2 1/2 days and they hauled off the old bath tub for free. Follow up calls were also placed by the owner who made sure my parents were 100% satisfied.
