I was reluctant and skeptical, but desperate. This young man put all my fears to rest. He fixed my pool in one day! He actually listened to me and was glad to answer any questions I had. Have had our salt cell go out 3 times. The last time it went out they have refused to replace even…read morehis it is less than 2 years old because they want to date the warranty back to the original. SMH. Have had so many problems getting anything fixed. Usually we diagnose the problem but pay them to technically do so. Last year our in floor cleaning system wouldn't work. Paid $300 for them to "diagnose" and they never did properly. Finally someone from the in floor system came and said southwest put too much plaster in and once he cleaned it out it's been working. Will never recommend them ever again and sadly we have recommended friends. Once they have your money for install they definitely don't go above and beyond and you will be out for way more than you should.
