Our kitchen was originally designed by them 20 years ago, and to our delight, the very same designer, Leigh, took on our project once again. Leigh went above and beyond in every way. She worked tirelessly with the cabinet company to ensure we could get the exact replacements we needed, and her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She clearly put a great deal of time and care into helping us, even though this wasn't a large renovation job. Thanks to Leigh, our kitchen looks like new again--and we couldn't be more grateful. The finish in the kitchen and part of the dining has unacceptable issues. This has been a problem since day one. There is dark staining coming through the wood on the seams. The finish is uneven and the floor stains when anything touches it. It just seems like the floor has no protection at all. The rest of the house does not have this issue. We have sent Mike pictures, asked him to come... which he has done... but 2.5 years later he has done nothing to resolve the problem. We have called and called.
