The…read moreladies made us feel uncomfortable and not relaxed, they didn't seem genuinely interested or knowledgeable and put pressure on me at the end to go with a dress. I had a healthy budget but was put off by the service. They asked if we were going anywhere else & they were then exchanging looks which just screamed desperate. When we protested about the cost they were not interested in helping us out. As we had already spent 8 hundred on the dress we took it to a seamstress and got the work done for 50 pounds. Since then we have heard of at least 3 people who had the same treatment. So for customer care and value for money a big fat zero im afraid - bottom of the class and must do better.

I often find the Reiss discounts are some of the best for the quality you're getting. They also have a good food court with fast food and some nicer places like Wagamama. The Cadbury's store is great if you're looking for bags of mini chocolates. My best friend loves strawberry creams and they sometimes have entire bags of just them. At Christmas they have some great items too, but not very heavily discounted. Nice place to walk around and a great shopping centre for wedding outfits etc.
