Okay I'm not one to write bad reviews but this had to be done... Also I have a lot of time right now seeing as how I'm still sitting here in the waiting room. Anyways my appointment was at 11:00 AM and I've been waiting for over an hour and a half. There were two other people here before me and they just got called in... How incompetent and inefficient an office must be to take 45 minutes on processing one patient. And btw I just want to note how appropriate that word is seeing as how anyone who comes here exemplify the word PATIENT entirely. I just entered the doctor office and SURPRISE I'm still waiting! In Dr. Weeks office he has a diagram of the skeletal system which is quite fitting because I'll be a skeleton when I leave this place. In terms of the staff they are fairly friendly which is why this review gets one star. Another reason why is because yelp won't allow me to give zero stars. Like wsup with that am I right? I look forward to seeing Dr. Weeks. Although I only visit every other month, I enjoy my conversation with a down to earth highly experienced doctor. The guy simply cares. My wait was never more than 5 minutes. Even if I walked in. I am writing this review because I see negative reviews and just to show that some of us like Dr. Weeks. THANKFULLY, my encounter with Dr. Weeks was very brief. A few years ago, he was on-call and was assigned to care for my mother by the Emergency Department of O'Connor Hospital. I found Dr. Weeks to be very offensive and unpleasant. When he arrived to see my mother, I happened to be in the ladies room. Dr. Weeks admonished me for not being there when he arrived. It prompted me to go on the defense and say, "Look, I was gone for a whole three minutes. I got called over here from work. I have not been able to use the restroom all day. I had no idea when you would arrive. Cut me some slack!" He did not speak to my mother and talked about her as if she wasn't even there. Dr. Weeks discontinued medications that my mother needed without even knowing my mother's complex medical history. My mother ended up being admitted to the hospital but, fortunately, the very next day, my mother's regular physician was able to take over her care. I think people "like" him, because he is elderly. I am really surprised that Dr. Weeks can still practice at his advanced age. Does he even attend continuing medical education courses? read more

What is the point of making an appointment if they make you wait any hour and a half anyways?? Let's see, I get there at 3, don't go into the room until 4:15. Sit there for another 20 minutes, and see the doctor for oh, about 5 minutes. And why don't doctor offices provide you with adequate reading material?? Who the hell reads Bass Master & Golf Digest anyways??? I did do the crossword puzzle in the month old TV Guide. No music, TV, nothing. Oh, and the pharamcy around the corner is even stranger. Let's keep this short and straight to the point. September 2nd, my appointment was at 4pm. Arrived at 330. The office door is locked. 345 door still lock. 4pm Damm door still lock. 415pm fucking door still lock!! Don't depend on the staff or whoever works there to be of any use. Everything about this place is unprofessional. You are better off finding another professional physician office to take care of your needs that actually follow through with their words. Appointment means you fucking open the door and see your client!!! What a waste of my time. Time is money bitches! Sorry for the profanity. Had to let my angry out. Dr. Weeks has been my Primary care physician for the last 15 years, he is very caring and plesant. My children are now 19 and 20 and have him as their PCP. Not sure why yelp filters all the good reviews and keeps the bad ones. Make sure you see all reviews and don't just base his medical care off the last few. read more

Great experience there today. Went there for my yearly check up. The wait was very short. We were called in with 5 mins. The doc there Dr. Romero was great. He was diligent and detailed. He spoke to us in detail about tests and health. His insight was highly appreciated. He was quick and thorough. Daisy who was helping my wife was really good. I went to visit with the Physician Assistant and he was so kind and I felt like he genuinely cared about what was going on with me. The Staff was also very polite and helpful; they made me feel so comfortable as they took my vitals and roomed me. I do great appreciate all they do and high recommend anyone to go there. read more

Friday, went to see Dr. Weeks ended up seeing Dr. Romero my appointment was at 9:45 AM and I told the Dr. I don't usually go to see a Dr. but my shoulder and knee pain is bothering me. I thought he was going to diagnose the issue try to feel my shoulder as I move it around to try and figure something out (you know make an effort to try and help). I was in the room by like 9:40 a bit earlier than my appointment and I was there until 10:30 AM when Dr. Romero decided to do his damn job. Nope didn't do anything walked in asked me if I have done anything to trigger this pain told him nope and he wrote in the folder xrays and sent me off. Went to go take xrays and the lady told me my Dr. should follow up within 2 hours because he should get the xrays within about an hour. NO PHONE FOLLOW UP. The weekend passed and I call I believe early Tuesday and the lady at the front desk looks me up and says nothing came back wrong with the xrays so I ask "What's wrong with me then? I'm having pain" she recommended I go back in for another visit and I can be sent out for an MRI. I told her the damn truth I said "This sounds like more money from me" I told her the Dr. didn't do anything to try and diagnose the problem she said she could have the doctor call me I said that'd be great! It's now Thursday morning and I'm still waiting for that phone call. AVOID THIS DOCTOR, I made a complaint with my insurance on the quality of care provided by this doctor. I will be following up with them as well. Waste of time and money. read more

I agree to the previous reviews about them not efficient when it comes to following scheduled appointments plus the fact the the people in the front desk were very unprofessional and rude esp. the lady with tattoes. The way she talks to us was very bossy and very disrespectful. I one time got so pissed off and talked to Dr. ROMERO (who by the way is the only one that's nive in that clinic).Me and my family will definitely be changing this one as a PCP. read more

I'm writing a review because I think this place deserves some better reviews. Never in my life have I found a doctor who can explain to me what exactly went on with my body and why it reacted a certain way until I stumbled along Dr. Romero. He is very kind and I believe he really does care about the problems a patient is having. That alone is very welcoming. I have grew a relationship with the front desk clerks considering how often I need to go in and how often I call. I come here enough to know that they are caring and they do their jobs as it should be done. I call and they try their best to schedule me in as quick as possible. Some days are very packed and takes time like any doctor and then there are some days I'm in quick to see the doctor and I'm out instantly. I put a five/five but as we all know there is always more room for improvement in any place but I don't have any problem here. read more
