On the same plate we had chicharrones en salsa, a breakfast staple in this city. To balance the heavier dishes we had a Jugo Verde drink made from fresh pineapple and parsley. The staff were so friendly, we felt at home with the kind approach and nice ambiance. The decor is traditional and tasteful, we had such a fun experience. Since I was one, I was seated immediately in a table for four. I ordered cheese quesadillas and a limeade. Wait staff are plentiful and walk back and forth between tables. The place gets packed. The quesadillas come with beans but they're cooked with lard. At no extra cost, the waiter was able to substitute the beans with steamed veggies. The food is delicious.
