For main course we shared two fish dishes I believe both of them were sea bass (the menu is in french and owner son was very helpful translating the dishes for us). They were both good but the one that came with vegetables was the better choice due to the sauce it came with. The sauce gave the fish a bit of depth in terms of taste. We chose foie gras, for me, the goat cheese salad for my wife, followed by filet mignon, which was pork , not beef, but in a sauce with sliced apples on a bed of fried potatoes "paillasson sauce and cider and mushrooms." Had I looked more closely I could have ordered the Prime Rib of beef instead, but our meal was delicious anyway. The service was much friendlier than my last trip to France, 50 years ago, but that was not at this restaurant.
