This place was a pain to find because it's located at the corner of a long street downhill near the shore, but it was worth the trip, especially because there aren't many other ice cream places in Nyon! I got the chili dark chocolate - as are most things in Switzerland, it was pretty expensive so I only got 1 scoop. This place has no-nonsense, super creamy gelato. The hint of spiciness was a great, zesty twist of flavor and added a welcome addition to the core, creamy dark chocolate. I'm actually really glad they had a flavor this unique in Europe, as I was beginning to miss the peculiarity of savory / spicy + sweet combos that is booming in New York. Plus, I was impressed they had dark in Switzerland, a country dominated by its more well-known, sweeter milk chocolate.
