When I paid in cash, the salesman/owner forced me to pay 10% extra as tip/service which does not make sense at all. Even though the snacks quality was acceptable, the guy was rude and this impolite behavior was absolutely disgusting. So, I paid $2.75 extra to end up this argument. Before this happened, I was planning to eat lunch/ dinner there in a weekend. However, I will never go there and never order from them.

They were among four food trucks at Millenium Park in Dorval. I ordered the rib poutine, which the server seemed extremely happy about and said "I recommend it! It's a good choice!" Sure, that may be due to the fact that it was one of the most expensive menu items, but after trying it, I understand why. It is packed with meat. It was so, so, so delicious. I had a hard time deciding between that and their quesadillas, so now I have a reason to keep track of where they will be next! I decided to get their pork tacos (cochinita) the guacamole and slaw was amazing and the flavours blended super well it was made fresh and just deelicious . The pork itself was good but a bit dry the toppings definitely enhanced the flavoir and juiciness of the taco The price is about 10$ for 3 tacos a bit pricey but that's the food truck prices pretty standard.. overall service and food was outstanding. The only problem was It was gone from my hands really quickly and the hubby got to enjoy it more ahaha we should have ordered more oh well will try to come back as it was pretty delicious street food definitely recommend!

The bacon was very crispy and some not so not so it made for a nice texture. The cheese which they give a lot of was cold and Fresh and the gravy wasn't dark wasn't light it was just right. I started my visit at Norte and had not one, but two of their Special Passion Fruit Coconut Tequila Margaritas. Absolutely amazing. They were refreshing, flavorful, and dangerously easy to drink. I wish I had gotten the bartender's name because he was incredibly sociable, friendly, and made the experience even better. Next up was a pepperoni pizza from Heirloom, and wow... that pizza was fire. It was loaded with cheese, which is exactly how I like it. Most pepperoni pizzas tend to sacrifice some of that cheesy goodness, but this one delivered. The crust was great, the pepperoni had a nice crisp, and every bite hit the spot. Next time, I think I'll add some prosciutto and take it to the next level. After hanging out for a bit, I stopped by Masubi! and grabbed a sashimi rice ball, dumplings, and a salmon tartare. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect way to finish off the meal. The salmon tartare was especially delicious!! Overall, Le Central exceeded my expectations. Great drinks, great food, great atmosphere, and plenty of variety under one roof. I would absolutely recommend checking it out if you're visiting Montreal, and it's definitely on my list for my next trip back to the city.

Place was busy too for a weekday afternoon, with bikers stopping in for a quick bite. I don't ride bikes, I drink coffee..and that's why I decided to stop in! Besides the array of baked goods, sandwiches and salads, there was one item that really ci-haut my eye; they have a lavender latte??! What?! I grabbed a tall lavender coffee with almond milk for 5.50$ and sat on the little patio upfront to enjoy my java. The scent of lavender was intense upon my first sip but I quickly got accustomed to the odd flavour and thoroughly enjoyed my cup of joe; the espresso was not very acidic and the almond milk was perfectly sweet, so overall, this coffee was perfectly balanced! Maybe it was the lavender or maybe it was the summer like weather, but I felt totally zen and content. The price may be a little higher then other shops in the corner who offer better coffee but the scenic view and odd lavender coffee has intrigued me enough to return for the spiced latte...stay tuned.
