I'm pregnant and could not handle the task of cleaning it myself. I got a call back from Christal promptly and explained my situation. (I had not had a working oven for a while now and with Christmas upcoming I was hoping to get it done ASAP, but would have waited if I had to). She was very sympathetic to my issue, and made a point to try and get someone from her team out to me ASAP and quoted me fairly for the job. Literally next day her mom (part of her crew), came out to deep clean my oven. She showed up on time, was a very nice person. Took her time cleaning it, and it looks fabulous. I was so put off by this gross oven and now I feel like I can use it!! I'm so grateful. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
