The worst part is the technicians did not clean up after the job. They left the basement floor covered in soot and mud. I contacted the receptionist Joy (AJ's ladyfriend-roomate) who setup a time to repair the damper/control. Well in advance of the appointment I had to cancel the appointment because my VRBO tenants were not able to let them in. Joy gave me a really hard time about cancelling. When I tried to reschedule over the past year, she refused to return any calls or texts! Joy is a nasty b !#ch who has not idea how to service customers and loves the little power AJ has given her to respond to business requests...I wonder if he even knows!
