Other contractors we've had in the home (from plumbers to electricians) have left messes for us to clean up or failed to show up when promised. McCuin didn't do any of that. The Harman they sold us has been an amazing stove that's given us no problems over the years. It heats the entire house and has virtually eliminated our need to rely on more expensive propane. The wood stove we have in the basement and the pellet stove in our living room has been more than enough. After this very long, cold winter, it started making a horrible squealing noise on Monday, fingernails on the chalkboard bad, and they had someone out within a day to look at it. The same guy who installed it came out and fixed it. Turned out a bearing in the auger was going. That they had the part on the truck and fixed it right there and then definitely impressed us. If you're looking for a pellet stove, I have nothing but high praise for the guys at McCuin and highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, they were bought by this lazy and slow service company called SUPERIOR PLUS PROPANE. I used Rymes for over a decade and miss their outstanding full service. They were so reliable, every single professional was extremely knowledgeable, experienced with an outstanding customer service. Since Superior Plus Propane took over, there is NOTHING SUPERIOR about them! It immediately downgraded to INFERIOR SERVICES and care for their customers. We have a brand-new furnace that we bought with them, and it has already stopped working 4 times!!! We were told that there is a part that needs replacement and NOTHING IS DONE!!! My husband has been calling them to ask when the part is going to arrive, but they never call us back OR CARE TO GIVE US AN UPDATE on the status of where things are or when the part will arrive. Two weeks ago, our furnace failed on the weekend, and we had to pay close to $600 for a third-party suggested BY SUPERIOR to come to the house!!!! PLEASE BUILD YOUR CASE AND GET A LAWYER! That's my next step if they don't show up to our house in the next few days with the part they know it needs to get replaced. I am done paying hundreds of dollars for a quick fix. They are losing us as a customers. They sent us a bill in March for propane and we reviewed our security cameras with no delivery truck observed. These cameras will pick up a bird walking around our property. Where did this $777 worth of gas go? No delivery slip left in mailbox which is 20 feet away from gas tank either.

N'ayant aucun service client pour nous aider, nous avons contacté les compagnies concurrentes pour voir si ils pouvaient nous dépanner, mais les réponses étaient négatives... Par contre sans indiqué qui était notre fournisseur, à l'unanimité ils nous ont tous devinés qui était notre fournisseur sans leur avoir dit son nom.... Après plusieurs appels, les 14 et 15 février ont nous a mentionné que leurs priorités étaient les industries, les entreprises de la construction puis les clients avec des réservoirs intelligents... Une famille avec enfants sans chauffage ne semble pas être une priorité. Nous avons eu une date pour la livraison le 19 février... Mais ils ne sont jamais passés ni même téléphonés pour nous avertir. Lors de mon rappel le soir on nous a proposé une livraison en urgence avec des frais supplémentaires, mais à la question : allez-vous nous livrer demain ou après-demain on nous a répondu que les dates de livraison ne sont pas garanties. Un conseil si vous cherchez un nouveau fournisseur ou en cours de renouvellement : fuyez, privilégiez un fournisseur local avec un service client local car en cas de situation problématique vous aurez au moins un être humain à qui parler. 2 semaines pour une livraison d'urgence et sans avoir de date de livraison jour après jour, nous sommes tout proche de l'amateurisme ou la notion de service client est inexistant.... Recently we had a catastrophic event due to flooding in our basement which necessitated getting a new hot water heater and a new furnace system. We had many interactions with multiple employees and all were extremely helpful in solving multiple problems. We ended up changing our system from oil to propane, mainly to get oil tanks out of the basement. We have since had mechanical engineers and a home inspector comment on what a beautiful job they did installing our new system. Very professional and nice people to deal with.

We have been customers for some time now and we recently had a propane delivery where their driver…read moreparked too close to our house and ripped the security system wire.. when I first contacted Erin it sounded like it might be taken care of.. but she basically said that it was my fault because the driver wasn't able to get to the tank... the tank is probably 20 feet from our porch and nobody has hit it before because their drivers pay attention.. she was very snarky with replying with a "happy holidays " after telling us they won't fix it.. the cable costs $20 ish and probably $75 to get it installed.. they definitely lost long term customer and as you can clearly see in the picture that the tank was easily accessible my truck wasn't there at time of delivery.. don't waste your time or money with this company.. they will destroy your property and tell you to basically get bent
