A really sweet little place…read more Pros: -The service was excellent. We don't speak French and our server made many attempts to help us understand the menu and have as great of an experience as the French guests. -They have an English menu on a giant board that they will bring over if you need it. The server didn't just bring the board over, but she went one-by-one with each item and carefully explained it. While that took a lot of time, we really appreciated it and she did not seem annoyed at all! -Very centrally located and walking distance to lots of great bars and things tourists would want to see -The food was good. Not "oh my god!" good, but if we were locals we would definitely go back and make this a regular stop. Of note: -Yelp describes this place as serving Carribean food. I would say it's more eclectic. You can get steak & fries, curry, and all sorts of other random tasty dishes. It might be better to say that some dishes are influenced by Carribean flavors.

Jusqu'à mai 2008, l'établissement s'appelait encore La Fantasia et a repris depuis, le nom du plus vieux bar du plus vieux quartier de Marseille, Le Logis du Panier. Le midi, au menu, vous trouverez des salades, des plats de pâtes ou des spécialités provençales, comme la bourride ou les artichauts barrigoules.
