The food is refrigerated and served in giant trays that you can order from through a large glass (kind of like when you buy poultry in the markets). They can heat it up for you if you're eating in, otherwise you can just take it to go pretty easily. I had the Cantonese style fried rice, black mushrooms and chicken, and broccoli. I was pretty pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially because there isn't much good Chinese food in Paris. Everything was pretty much fine... not mindblowing, but just good enough and surprisingly, quite authentic. tldr; authentic Chinese food for a good price -- two dishes is less than 9 euros!
