He said he would send me an estimate by email. That was 2 weeks ago. Today Thursday Sept 12 , 2024 I called and spoke with the person who came out to give me an estimate. He said he was at a football game with one of his coworkers. I said to him if you don't want to do the work just tell me. He said. I'll give you an estimate. I said. If I accept your estimate would you do the work? He repeated I'll give you an estimate. I thought this was unprofessional for one to not receive an estimate in two weeks after he said he would email one. Then he wouldn't commit to the work. I do not recommend getting this company to do any work. They don't want to work, at least not for me. But that's another story. I will never contact this company again. Poor customer service.
