The most concerning issue is that someone entered my apartment, yet management continues to deny that anyone entered the home. I know someone was in my unit, and instead of investigating the situation seriously or providing a meaningful resolution, they simply dismissed the concern. The fact that they would rather deny what happened than address it speaks volumes about how they operate. Nothing has been resolved. Every concern is met with excuses, blame-shifting, or complete avoidance of responsibility. Communication is unprofessional, and residents are often treated as though they are the problem rather than valued customers paying premium rent prices. For the amount of money charged to live here, the level of incompetence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Moving here has been the worst decision we've ever made. The apartment wasn't even move-in ready; broken stove, broken fridge shelf, broken bathroom fixtures, broken washing machine, and a front door handle that fell off twice. Water and the building smell like sewage constantly. The worst problems, though, are the health and safety issues. We've had multiple ceiling leaks where management left water damage behind walls and never properly dried the Sheetrock. Instead of fixing it correctly, they just patched and painted over it, leaving us with hidden mold growing inside the walls. There are cigarette butts and dog poop all over the property. Residents let their dogs pee and poop inside and don't clean it up. Carpets are stained and smell. The air quality is terrible. The HVAC system pulls in smoke from neighboring units, so our apartment constantly reeks of weed and cigarettes as if someone is smoking inside our apartment. Management's only response has been sending out reminders "not to smoke" instead of addressing the actual problem and holding anyone accountable. We've also dealt with roach infestations, which required an exterminator, and ripped window screens from a hail storm last year that were never repaired, making it impossible to open windows without pests coming in. Appliances like the dishwasher took weeks to replace, and basic maintenance requests are closed without the work ever being completed. To make things worse, they now charge residents for parking but don't guarantee a spot, and they also charge for guest parking and allow them to park anywhere including in the first two rows closest to our building. Unauthorized vehicles are never towed after curfew. There are no security cameras anywhere, we've had packages stolen. The elevator has been broken multiple times, and the keycard readers are often broken. Management is unresponsive, unprofessional, and neglectful. David even responded to my original review on google but never actually reached out or returned any of my calls or emails. This place is unsafe, unhealthy, and a total nightmare. It's the worst place we ever lived. Day one we found granola bar wrappers under the sink, the stove top needed to be replaced, and the door knob fell off prompting maintenance to glue it back on. They took away trash cans and hand sanitizer stations out of every mail room. The parking is atrocious because no one ever leaves. They make us pay for parking now but they let people use PODS in the front row to take up multiple valuable parking spots. Our washing machine broke. Our dishwasher broke and we waited almost a month for a new one. The sanitizing wipes are almost always empty in the gym. Our ceiling has leaked 3 separate times. There was a roach infestation which needed to be addressed by an exterminator because they don't vet anyone who lives here anymore. People throw their trash on the floor in the trash room instead of down the chute. And to top it all off, the cigarette and marijuana smoke are so unbearable we are voluntarily leaving early and taking a 2 month penalty hit. The managers are beyond useless in this place. If you love the Wild West where anything goes, come to Windmill Parc! Nothing in this review is embellished and is verifiable through email traffic. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Nearly $2000 a month for a one-bedroom apartment and for the pleasure of Windmill utterly ignoring repeated requests to fix the floor's hallway A/C since 2020. It's 84 degrees in the hallway and they position themselves as a new, relatively upscale complex? I get it, you're only in the hallway for a fraction of the time you're in the apartment, but our maintenance requests have been outright ignored for two full summers and even if it's only a 45 second walk to the (slow) elevator, I'd prefer not to instantly break out into a sweat. I've been in apartments in third-world countries with better A/C than Windmill Parc. Just embarrassing and obnoxious. Don't rent here. read more

I had a terrible experience living at Windmill Parc. The management's communication regarding broken facilities, especially the building elevator, was abysmal. Melissa Griffith, the property manager, was consistently unhelpful and misleading in her communication. She failed to notify residents promptly and continued to neglect informing us about important issues regarding the elevator repair status. It was a frustrating and disappointing living situation. Melissa Griffith's incompetence didn't stop at poor communication; she also single-handedly changed our move-out date without any notification. This left us liable for 11 extra days of rent, despite having our move-out date confirmed by the leasing staff. To add insult to injury, Melissa promised that Valerie Leidy, the regional manager, would address our concerns. However, when Valerie finally called, she made empty promises to get back to us and never followed through. Now, Valerie has been consistently sending our calls to voicemail for the past four weeks, leaving us feeling completely ignored and frustrated with Windmill Parc's management. I am going to write a very honest review: Pros -beautiful apartment -trash room located on each floor -smoke detectors and light bulbs seem to be an easy fix for maintenance Cons -when we moved in no one had walked our apartment prior so I found out the carpet needed to be replaced when I moved in... and apartment needed to be cleaned and this was all done the day of (we didn't take that as a sign of how disorganized they are) -our ice maker breaks in June we do not get any resolution until October and we are told by maintenance other people had been waiting for a new fridge for weeks so we would have to wait longer -When they do try to fix it our fridge starts leaking.... They come to the apartment and ask me where the leak is coming from exactly, I said I am not sure just the fridge.... Maintenance leaves...tells me to call if it leaks again... -Surprise the fridge leaks again...this time maintenance pulls back the fridge and finds the leak -We then get another fridge in later in October/November since they can't fix the ice maker.... The fridge they brought was clearly used and had not been CLEANED prior so there are no COVID precautions taken with maintenance.... There was hair and food in the fridge it took my husband 3-4 hours to clean it from top to bottom. This fridge is also much older and smaller than our previous one, so our water filter doesn't fit in it. Also, both of the drawers are completely broken. -we were told we would get a brand-new fridge and we have not heard back from maintenance with regard to that -We were told we would get a $100.00 credit for this mess.... reached out twice and have not heard back at all -our kitchen floor is now warped, and I have had to put in two tickets because they closed out the last one because? Well, they didn't say they just closed it out with any contact or information -Now noise.... If you are noise sensitive reconsider... I'll say this... such a beautiful place to live but definitely disappointed at maintenance crew. I could write down all the problems I've had in my apartment that have needed immediate attention but I would go days if not weeks without any sort of response. When they DO come, the professionalism is repulsive and they don't even WANT to be there to help. Currently my garbage disposal is not working. Ive called the main office after putting in the request and they told me they do not have an estimate of the day they will be coming. It's been 9 days now. We moved in just over a month ago and it has been a hassle ever since. The apartment that they show you is nothing like the apartment you move in to. The show apartment is staged very well and super clean, but the apartment we moved into was mediocre at best. First off, we were told that the cabinets still had to get re-glazed and they didn't do it in time before we moved in so it would get done at a later time. Which is fine, but it took over a month for them to come and do it, and we were the ones who had to email them to remind them that it still needed to get finished. The job was done (not the best but still done), but the ones who came to do it got a few stain spots on the floor, stain on the handles, stripped some of the screws, and put some of the handles back on incorrectly. Since we complained about these the supervisor of the company now has to come out and try to fix the problem, but it's something that can't really be fixed. But right when we moved in, the apartment was very dirty! The cleaning team had to come in the next day to re clean the place. The lights above the stove were very dirty from grease and smoke emitting into the air, there was sticky stuff all over the windows, the dishwasher was absolutely disgusting and had mildew in there. The cleaning lady had to clean it with some de greaser and put a dishwasher cleaning thing in there. But the cabinets in the bathroom are super worn down on the inside and was never replaced, there are cracks and pinholes in the wall that weren't fixed, one of the windows are cracked, the sealing in the window is coming off, there's a blue residue/stain on the shelves in the closet, the shower wasn't properly sealed, and the sliding door doesn't shut properly. We were told that the sliding door doesn't seal properly because our apartment leans since it is on the top floor. Same with why the oven leans as well. The wiring in the kitchen is messed up so it trips daily when I try to make coffee. We were told that it's the way it was wired but instead of calling the electrician to come fix the wiring, they are going to replace a part in the breaker and hope it works. This apartment was not move in ready at all. These kind of things should have been addressed before we moved in but now we have to deal with it and go back-and-forth with the office and maintenance team. If I knew it would have been this much of a hassle I would've just found another apartment complex that had a move-in ready one. So I advise not moving into this apartment complex or at least trying to look at the apartment you will actually be moving into before moving in so you can point out issues that need to be addressed. They are considered luxury apartments so you pay luxury price for mediocre. read more

Brittanie will straight up lie to your face and contradict what she states. Melissa will try to create Additional terms to the lease and addendums that have no merrit. For example I had my brothers pet when I first moved here which I paid the deposit and rent for, the pet then went back to my brothers and I requested the pet rent be removed. She tried to require me to provide documentation the dog was no longer there. Sorry but no where in the lease or addendum is that required. Furthermore how would I prove the pet was not living there if I got out and was hit by a car does she expect me to bring a missing dead dog in and throw it on her desk??? As for the maintenance here they are pretty much as dumb as it gets as others states things are constantly broken. I once had my ac start pumping out emergency heat in the middle of July the apartment got to over 98 inside. The halls constantly smells of cigarettes or weed even though both are not allowed yet the management does nothing about it. The trash chutes in the halls are always backed up and trash sits out smelling the place up even more. It's often that there is dog waste left by owners once again staff will watch it occur and do nothing. Depending on what building you are in you will likely have water pressure that is low making it hard to actually wash dishes or even enjoy a decent shower. I am pretty sure my college dorm had better water pressure than I have here. I will definitely not be signing with the company ever again. The leasing office managers are horrible at this location. I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have been lied to on multiple occasions. If you are looking for any deal or promotion at this location, don't even try it. The management office will lie to you and say everything should be all set and then when it comes to getting the promotion there will be some loophole that denies it to be processed. They have been running a $500 referral bonus for residents but don't tell you that if you come in and you have an apartments.com account and look at their website it automatically sets up a guest card. Even though I set up my appointment at the complex's website and confirmed with the assistant manager, in person that my referral was a resident, and he should get the credit. When my friend called, very concerned that he has not received the referral yet, he was told he was not eligible because my guest card was created a month prior to me even setting up an appointment. The apartment.com quick search I did in late August trumped my in person appointment/referral in late September. This is a poor policy and not a way to look out for your residents in my opinion, horrible customer service all around. Then he was lied to and told he was speaking with the property manager, but it was only the assistant and then was hung up on by the management office due to her not transferring him to the actual manager. He is being denied his referral bonus due to him getting upset for being lied to and hung up on by the office. I confirmed in person and on the phone with 2 different people that my friend was going to receive the referral. Additionally, it showed the referral on my 1st quote that I didn't think that I needed so I discarded it right after I moved. Still, he is being denied their promotion that is on fliers all over the apartment complex. Additionally, the assistant property manager lied to me when I was trying to sign my lease. I asked on multiple occasions to see if she could show me the model I was going to be renting. Every time I asked, I was told by the assistant manager, they did not have one available to show, even though on the website there were two, move in ready units. I had to physically show up a few days after my call and was told they have 3 different units that I am renting that were showable. It's unfortunate that I have 13 more months left on my lease, but I will not be renewing next year. You should never lie to your residents/future residents and customer service should be the first training that all the managers receive at this location. Lerner Parc Windmill should really look internally at their managers as I am seeing a lot of poor reviews due to lack of compassion for their residents' needs. read more

My boyfriend and I moved into Lerner Windmill Parc about two months ago, and so far so good! Damon White has made our move to this apartment and the new area seamless. During our apartment search, we looked at countless complexes in the area, and found the Lerner complexes to be the best choice. The thing that impressed us most is that the staff was helpful in ensuring we were going to enjoy the complex and unit that we were interested in. Damon took us to several different layouts and was patient in our indecisiveness and questions. Additionally, during our search, we found the grounds to be well maintained, buildings to be clean, plenty of parking during the day (and when we swung by at night), and great spaces with nice finishes, all remaining true upon move in to our unit. So far, every maintenance request we have given has been fulfilled same or next day. We have yet to have any major issues with our unit as it was spotless when we walked in. The apartments overall are a great fit for anyone with pets (very dog friendly, with green spaces for them to play), and people looking for a quiet complex with decent amenities including a nice pool, gym, outdoor areas, and clubhouse. I really like this apartment complex for the most part. Super clean and fairly new! My one complaint however, is the GYM. 1. There is essentially no service and the Wi-Fi does not work in there so if you don't have things downloaded to your phone, you're stuck staring at a wall for your workout. 2. The TVs used to work but stopped working 7 months go and they never fixed them so you can't watch those either. Lastly, it ALWAYS smells like BO. It doesn't matter when you go, if it's busy, or if you're the only one in there. It smells so bad. Definitely due to the lack of airflow and having carpet on a gym floor to soak up everyone's sweat isn't the best idea. Hopefully they fix these things soon. read more

The office staff here has gotten significantly better since we originally moved in. Damon, Amanda, and Katie are fantastic and have been in the office making a big difference for a while now. Definitely great people, very understanding and accommodating. Maintenance in windmill is okay. The people are very nice but we never get communication from the maintenance people to let us know when they plan to enter or come by to fix anything, they just show up and we hope to be home when that happens. I co-signed for a lease for my daughter and son. The procedure was awful, the people were rude, the process was convoluted, and the fees were outrageous. They also appeared to single me out as a retired military demanding individual bank statements showing paychecks given to me by the VA. Since we've moved in it's been nothing but a nightmare. They called us the morning of our move saying the apartment wasn't ready and asking to move our move day back... after having our lease signed for several months. This delay caused a several hundred dollar overage for the movers. Upon moving in, nothing was done. The apartment wasn't fully cleaned, all the the blinds were filthy and broken (and still haven't been replaced), the balcony door did not open without using your full body weight to pull it open, the paint job was rough, the disposal was broken, the dishwasher was broken (and now, four weeks later, is still not fixed), the laundry washer sounding like a plane taking off (also, still waiting for this to be fixed), a doorknob missing in a bathroom, and all of the fans in the bedrooms were vigorously shaky and unstable. Lerner did cover the extra cost for the movers, but haven't even had the decency to fix what should have been done before we even moved in. We love our complex! The office staff are amazing, so professional and kind. Maintenance is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. Cleaning crews are wonderful. One complaint though. The pool area. Why are there over over 2 dozen lounges and seating areas with 1 umbrella?!?! Seriously? Last summer there were 2 umbrellas. Yes, that is correct 2. Apparently 1 did not survive until this summer, so we now have 1 umbrella. For some reason getting an ample amount of umbrellas for our pool is a major project. Residents using the pool and/or seating area should have a choice of shade or no shade. I have considered purchasing a beach umbrella to take to the pool with me but I don't think that is an appropriate solution. Lerner Corporation needs to step up and provide umbrellas for us. Other than this one complaint, this is a beautiful complex with uncomparable staff. read more

This company does not support mitary families. If you are military affiliated please do not bother applying all because they refuse to work with you. I can't help but feel there is an extreme lack of humanity going on with whoever in their leasing office made the decision to refuse to rent a soldier and his wife with a combined income of 90k housing because he has no rental history (duh, he lived in the barracks). When I called and asked for an explanation, I was treated like I was the scum of the Earth for daring to apply at their "luxurious" apartment complex. Their website advertises pretty exclusively to the elite of society who work from home and not to the rest of us plebeians who are just beginning to rebuild our entire lives after a global pandemic. Of course, we are happy to take our income to a different complex that supports military families (and even offers a military discount on rent) but are extremely disappointed at the lack of empathy and humanity we experienced at Lerner. And after reading these reviews, I think it's safe to say it was a blessing in disguise! read more

Awesome residential apartments. Prior looking at this, i had looked at dozens of other apartments but they are more or less similar to each other i.e. nothing special about it. But as soon as i entered this apartment.... whoa!! awesome interior, awesome kitchen, awesome living room, awesome bathroom. I immediately signed the lease. Will be moving there after 3 weeks. I am sure it's going to be an amazing stay over there. Folks at leasing office are so co-operative and supportive, they will try to help you in every possible way they could. After signing the lease, I went out of the country for some personal work, 'Damon White' has supported me a lot in terms of providing answers to my various questions over e-mail. He is also helping me to find an Internet plan from himself as I was not there in the country at that time. 'Katie Hedrick' helped me to sort out all documentation formalities over e-mail. My family and I have lived here for over a year and still have a little time to go. We have had two different families live above us in unit 406 in building 45750 Dayton Sq. The original plan was to live here for at least two years. However, due to the outragous noise levels my family and I will be leaving. In short, I would not move into 45750 Dayton Sq apt. 306.      Cons related to neighbors above: You can hear their dog barking. You can hear the dog playing and running. You can hear their music and television. You can hear a rattling in the kitchen when they are walking above. You can clearly hear everything that goes a long with using the restroom. This also includes conversations. (When they are in their) I'm sure they would have a problem with that as well. Knowing exactly when they are home and when they leave. I would say 90% of the noise is really due to the poor noise insulation.      General Cons: You can hear almost everyone coming and leaving from the main entrance. The doors make a thumping sound when they close. You can hear people when they are walking in  the hallway above your floor and on your floor. Hearing the Uber drivers, food delivery people, UPS, FedEx, random cars and chatter in the main circle. didnt bother me much. At all times of the day and night. Your patience and serenity will be challenged with all the noise. Four different property managers in one year. Thus the reason my families' situation never got better. Paying $1900 a month and then they want $2300 to extend with these noise issues. Limited parking      Pros: Amanda and Henry are great! Amanda works in the leasing office and Henry is in maintenance. The cleaning ladies are extremely friendly and efficient. The property is well maintained. The pool and other amenities are pretty solid. Community events Modern appliances      My family and I would not have moved here if I would have known about theas major noise issues. So, again think twice about renting unit 306 in building 45750. Do your self a favor and don't move in to this apartment complex. If you want property managers who don't call or email you back than this is the place for you. If you want maintenance that never gets done or always just temporary fixes than this is the place for you. You want to stay some where your apartment gets infested with flies that you cant stay in your apartment that you are renting and there are dead flies dropping from the ceiling, btw my two year old was picking up dead flies off the floor and when you bring it up to them it's almost like well that sucks but what do you want me to do about it. Where to even start....I don't ever write reviews wether I have a good or bad experience, but this place I had to make an exception. From start to finish , one of the worst places I've lived. I only lived there a year , and I moved 10 minutes down the street and couldn't go fast enough . From the noise of the thin walls , the elevator always being broken, the un cleanliness of the hallways , to the "new carpet" that was coming up in my bedroom and never fixed, the horrible paint job you can't help but notice , the amenities like the water from my sink and shower had no pressure no matter how many times I asked for it fix .The maintenance guys were horribly rude and inappropriate. I'd have to listen to them outside my window in the morning screaming , cussing , the works. I complained to the leasing office , but they always said they'd "see what they can do." (Which was nothing) The move out was favorite though. I had two young guys from a moving company help me move, they were screamed at by surrounding neighbor because the leasing company would not follow through with turning off the alarm like they were asked to and said they would FOUR times.(so the people that lived by me were also horrible ) From the cigarette smoked that filled the building, to the people who thought they could keep several shoes and articles of clothes spread out all over the halls (that I tripped on daily) . To the women who worked at the leasing office whose names I can't remember because they weren't memorable enough, hassling these kids about their moving truck who were doing nothing but their job . BUT , during a pandemic when people are fighting to survive right now , where apartment complexes and others are going above and beyond for people , this complex will screw you however they can. When I moved out my apartment was in tip top shape . I was a good tenant , quiet , payed my rent on time , ect. You are required to give a 60 days notice (which I totally understand). So I went on the resident portal and submitted my notice to vacate, contacted the guy, Philip and asked if he needed anything else. All was good . I get my deposit back (what's left of it after that complex charged you every hidden fee they could ) one of the fees was $111 for failure to inform them I was vacating. Huh? I did . BUT after I contacted Philip he informed me I gave a 58 days notice , not 60 days . (Even ranking they knew I was moving the whole time) I was infuriated . I've lived in so many places during my travels for work and I've NEVER had an apartment complex hustle me the way they have. On top of that , not try to fight for their tenets and Say "That's not right!" Luckily that's $111 and not receiving my full deposit back over complete nonsense didn't set me back . But during these times, with people out of work and trying to support their families , I know they are doing this to everyone. Trying to get you where they can . If you're looking for an amazing place to live, with amazing staff, and want to feel at home . DON'T move here. I hope this review helps someone make a smarter choice then I did! read more

Currently living on a construction site. The constant beeping of construction trucks starting at 7am can get quite annoying when you are home. If you plan on moving in wait until after construction is over, big mistake on our part. Also, don't live on a floor with people above you unless you want to hear every step they take. Pluses: nice pool is nice but not heated, the gym is nice and hardly anyone works out in the building so you have it to yourself. However, the TVs in the gym have been broken for months and the individual tvs on the treadmills have never worked. Oh and finally, our kitchen which is brand new has been falling apart. The fake wood peels off very easily. In general I would say this place is over priced. read more

My wife and I lived at windmill parc for 12 months and honestly, it was the best apartment experience we ever had (and we've seen it all). Damon and Amanda were fantastic during the initial decision to lease. The office staff during our stay, such as Skylar, were always understanding and prompt with our (few) maintenance requests. We had planned on transferring to a new unit on the property at the end of the lease, but we had an unexpected move happen, and the whole team was very understanding even with the short notice. My best advice to those considering is to read the lease agreement in it's entirety because windmill does follow it. It should go without saying, but make sure you document any existing damages to the unit on the move in inspection form and take pictures. This was very helpful for us at another Lerner community. When you move out, they have a smooth move option where you pay a set $250 for cleaning, carpet cleaning, and minor scuff repainting. However, as long as you keep your unit clean, all you should pay is the alternative mandatory $60 cleaning fee. We received back our security deposit within 3 weeks of moving out which I thought was really quick. The property does have one space garages for $200 a month (2 space for $300) which in my opinion was the only thing I thought was a little pricey for what you got. Overall, still the best apartment experience we had and we highly recommend. read more

We have lived at the Windmill Parc apartments for nearly two years and have been actively trying to give the complex every chance as they've worked through finishing up construction and any new complex jitters, but have come to the consensus that the complex is not all it appears to be. The construction hasn't really been a problem as the work appears to be limited to day shift starting after 6:30AM when the deliveries typically show up. The only issues have been nails and screws on the pavement (we've replaced three tires and filled a puncture in another) as well as the increased dust. It would be nice if the exterior was cleaned up a bit, especially the windows. The complex is absolutely beautiful on the surface and gives a fantastic first impression; however, looking beyond the surface, cheap construction falls apart quickly. The finishes look modern with clean lines, beautiful countertops, and light flooring.The cabinetry constantly delaminates, cabinet handle screws are over-torqued to the point they are stripped and fall out leaving the handles swinging, the walls have maybe one coat of partially see through paint, and the door knobs constantly stick. The amenities also appear nice, but do not work. The televisions that plaster the walls in the lounge and gym, even the one outside don't work most of the time. HDMI cords are missing, they are missing connectivity, or they plain won't turn on. Additionally, the control panels (remotes) in the walls have poor connection to the televisions themselves, the buttons often stick, and when the televisions used to function, the remotes barely did. As the TVs don't work, the constantly grimy home theater isn't useful. The pool table looks nice, but as the cues do not have tips, it is no longer possible to play a game. The gym functions relatively well with most of the equipment in functional condition. Again, don't expect to watch the game you you play a game of pool or work out. There are outdoor amenities as well. Windmill Parc's website and leasing agents tout a steam room and sauna, a year round hot tub, and fireplace. I have yet to find the alleged steam room and the fire place can only be turned on when the maintenance staff decides to spend the night there (a handful of times in the last two years): residents have no ability to turn the fireplace on. Forget the romantic evening you imagined. Additionally, the hot tub is something we continuously speak to management about : it is not hot year round. From the beginning of October 2016 through the end of May 2017 the hot tub has been cold and full of leaves, papers, algae, and other debris. The hot tub was also cold last winter. Each time we've brought this up to management, they've promised to resolve the cold hot tub issue by the end of the month. There is still no resolution. Some of the other things to be aware of are the extremely limited parking, the inability to receive packages in the main building after 6PM (UPS arrives after 6PM on most days), the inability to let guests up to your apartment if you live in the main building, smoke detectors with low batteries going off, half functioning lights in the stair wells. Expect your renewal rate to increase clear above anything the leasing office agents had previously mentioned. To lay all of the information out there, there are some positives to living in the complex. There is easy access to Route 28 and Route 7. The furnishings look nice. There are charcoal grills available for use. Some of the apartment layouts are beautiful. The appliances are stainless steel and countertops are stone. The air conditioning units quickly cool the apartments. There is close and easy access to trash rooms. We've been patient with the ever changing management staff at Windmill Parc and made our concerns clearly known in person; however, the concerns are rarely resolved. Each new property manager promises to be better than the last, but turns out equal to or worse than the previous in terms of addressing concerns. While some of this appears to be the corporate office giving little power to property managers to resolve issues, some of it truly comes down to extremely nice, but incapable management. Either way, the reflection on the Windmill Parc complex and on Lerner Corporation is not good. read more
