We did not know what it was?? The next day we decided to take an adventure and find out exactly what establishment this was.. The name of the place is called the silo bar! The outside is beautiful beautifully tastefully decorated as an older farm feel but with BRAND SPANKING NEW vibes. The interior is jaw dropping how stunning it looks! when you walk in, we were very welcomely greeted by two people in the restaurant who pointed us how to get upstairs on the fourth floor to the silo. There's a small elevator that takes you up to the fourth floor. On our way to the elevator, we couldn't help but noticing all the different old pictures that were enlarged beautifully. Every piece of furniture was decorated with taste.!! OK so we finally get upstairs to the tippy top of the silo and we walked in literally draw dropping on how beautiful it was. Our bartender's name was Rachel and she made us an outstanding espresso martini. She was so full of spunk and made us feel so comfortable.Almost as if we were family. She was AMAZING!! so I made sure I tipped her appropriately. Then as the night got a little bit darker, the lights on the top of the silo dome started to light up absolutely gorgeous. Overlooking the ginormous windows, which were opened onto a venue outside again absolutely gorgeous.!! and then somehow Neil Diamond came on with the song. Sweet Caroline everybody in the whole place was singing! I will wrap this lengthy review up by saying if you have not tried this place yet... you definitely need to! It was one of the highlights of our trip in Wisconsin Dells!! We will definitely be making a reservation for our birthday to stay by y'all.

In both cases we waited close to 45 minutes for our food. In both cases it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Actually during our second visit we gave up even trying to. In each case we had an attentive waitress keeping us informed about the status of our food, but the wait was still very long and noisy. The food while good wasn't spectacular. We had a couple of their appetizers. The Hayfire shrimp wasn't spicy at all. The Crispy Flowers and Sprouts was ok. It's just not something we would think about ordering a second time. We ordered a couple of their pizzas. The crusts are super crisp which was nice , but aside from that the pizzas were not memorable. I have to say that we were disappointed in the Silo and probably won't try again as there are so many other good restaurants in the Dells.

It's set back from the street behind another business with plenty of parking next to some tables under tents. The place was closed or a prop because there was no one working and it was empty on a Saturday afternoon. Yelp has no hours or a phone number so I couldn't even figure out when to come back or if they are a real bar, I did like the novelty and I really wanted have a beer here.

I usually just grab a drink from the walk-up side of the bar and bring it back to put my feet in the wave pool, but this past trip I actually experienced the swim-up bar and outdoor attached pool. First and foremost, no offense to families staying there because I know it's a family resort, but I LOVE having an area for adults only. There are some hot tubs in the resort that are adults-only, but this may be the only pool area where one can sit with a good drink and not worry about anyone running around outside the pool or splashing. It's a great spot! During my trip, my boyfriend and I kept finding ourselves in the swim-up bar pool when the same waitress was working, and she remembered our ~usual~ order by the second time we visited. Either we're that predictable, or they may not have had a lot of customers (we were there during an off-season week) but either way that was fine with me! I was a regular and felt like I was in a TV show: "Will you have your usual, the Thirsty Buffalo?" Yes I freakin' will, girlfriend. Margarita's sells all the same signature drinks as the other bars in the resort, so if you're visiting the Wilderness and are looking for a relaxing little spot to drink in a pool either indoors or outdoors in an adults-only setting, Margarita's is a great choice!

When we spoke to the main bartender about it he said that he would still have to charge us for another drink even though we weren't satisfied with this one. That is an unacceptable answer to give. I was offered all the sauces I wanted to dip my tenders in, free of charge. The tenders were large and for $5.25, 5 pieces was more than fair. My husband said the burger was really good, and the toppings looked fresh. Our drinks had a good pour, too. I found Drew's to be clean, friendly and well-priced. I so wanted to love this place. I grew up in area, and left after college. Decades later moved…read moreback. This is near Hookers Resort, which is fantastic. I've never stopped by The PourHouse, so tonight, I had left a friend's house, and thought I would finally stop by. Only 2 other people plus the bartender was there. I told the bartender how I grew up in the area, finally came back, and wanted to see this place, so I dropped in on my way home. The bartender was extremely nice, and she went outside for a smoke break, which is not a big deal. I walked around to check the place out, and that's when a drunk regular asked what I wanted. Not sure what to say, I just reiterated that I wanted to check it out. He then called me aggressive and started grilling me on why I was there. I asked him not to talk with me, and he became increasingly aggressive and kept repeating "why are you here". Remember...it's a bar.‍. I finally went to get the bartender, and asked for a refund, which she gave. I still left a $3 tip on one drink, but I will not return, nor bring any of my friends that come up. Should you be in area, I highly suggest, Hooker's Resort, Remi's Thirsty Moose, or Anchors at Lakeside. I have been to all of these many times and the regulars are friendly and will not harass you on why you stopped at a bar.
