So far, I have hired RBK four times. In November 2023, RBK cleaned my gutters. The employee arrived on time, spent about 20 minutes to remove debris from my gutters, and charged me a fair price. In June 2024, RBK pressure-washed my Trex deck. I waited about one month for RBK's appointment. A courteous employee spent almost one hour spraying my deck. Afterward, my deck looked very clean. Of course, the price for pressure washing a deck varies based on its size and dirtiness, but I paid $275 plus tax. In August 2024, RBK pressured-washed and sealed my concrete driveway, sidewalks, steps, and front stoop. An employee spent about one hour power-washing, and then weeks later, another employee spent about one hour applying a sealant. I thought that RBK's final price for the power-washing and sealing was reasonable. On September 2, 2025, I asked RBK to add me to their list for fall gutter-cleaning. They said that they would clean people's gutters by area and that they would stop by my house around November 17. I saw RBK servicing my neighbors' houses on November 11, 17, and 24, but they did not stop by my house. On December 1, they told me that they "received a very high volume of gutter cleaning requests" and that "with the temperatures currently freezing, we are unable to successfully clean the gutters." On December 22, they spent about 20 minutes cleaning my gutters. December 22 is the winter, not the fall. I did not appreciate that for weeks leaves had prevented my newish gutters from draining well and allowed ice to build up. The price was $182.

They gave us a fair bid for the job and then completed it on schedule. They needed to go onto our neighbors' property to get the job done safely, and they did an excellent job communicating with the neighbors. They came back several weeks later to grind out the stumps. Another tree service said they couldn't get their stump grinder down our narrow driveway to the backyard. But Carl's had no problem, and they left the yard in great shape with the giant stumps all gone. They had to take down the fence and put it back up again, and they took care with that, leaving the fence in great shape.
