"Legs" came the previous day and packed all our glass etc and arranged our furniture so that it was easy to put on the lorry the next day. He was so quick and methodical, and when we opened the boxes months later, nothing was broken. "Legs" managed the team when bringing the furniture back and it was all done seamlessly. The team worked well together and were polite and hard working. Contacting Paula in the office was easy by email, and she was always available especially at the difficult stage of exchange when dates for completion can be changed. We had a look ourselves and managed to fix it with a new charger cable. It has been working perfectly ever since. Other people would have just paid £600 and still had the same problem. My dad has recently used them too and they failed to find the whole problem until my dad suggested they check the graphics card which they then did and added another £250 to the bill. My gut says not to trust these people considering they seem to know very little about faulty computers.

I have just got back two costumes after taking them to Carmelina for repairs & alterations which were too delicate to do myself, and I am very pleased with the results. Carmelina has done a really good job, fixing lots of delicate satin ruching which was coming unstitched on one costume, and adding extra chiffon panels to the skirt of another. I also thought that her price was very reasonable. I will be bringing all of my costumes to her when they need work doing on them in future!
