Looking for a new sandwich place? Well, I finally got to try Mr. Graham's Sandwiches! It's located…read morenear the F7 building and right beside Mrs. Graham's Macaron Cafe. I intially came here for two things: a) the Cebuano and b) the Apple Pie Soda! So, I was able to try the big 3: The Cebuano, Four Cheese, Bacon Please., and Sloppy G. Let's start with the Four Cheese, Bacon Please! It's a Frico Grilled Cheese Sandwich filled with mozzarella, cream cheese and cheddar. Also, there is a thick layer of beer-onion-bacon jam (so good!). It comes with tomato soup and a big serving of chips (potato, camote + taro chips) plus their aioli sauce. Addictive! The Sloppy G is their version of the sloppy joe. Th filling is ground beef, minced mushrooms and cheddar cheese smothered in creamy, thick gravy. It comes with the chips and coleslaw (Ask for the spicy coleslaw!). Now, it's time for Mr. Graham's Cebuano! It is his take on the classic Pan Cubano. His version has lechon drizzled with it's own drippings, ham, cheddar cheese, pickled green and yellow mangoes, with some crispy lechon skin. I recommend that you ask them to have it pressed. Super DELICIOUS! Oh, yes, it also comes with the chips! Finally, we have to talk about Mr. Graham's Apple Pie Soda (only Php90). ERMAHGERD!!! This is a definite MUST. TRY. OR DIE! It tastes as good as it sounds: Apple Pie! LEGIT! I cannot tell you how good this is. You just have to get your butt over to Mr. Graham's Sandwich Shop. Like, right now. If not, I'll drink all the soda available that day!

Try out the hawt slaw if you int[ spice as well, and don't forget to grab yourself a bottle of apple pie soda. Ambience: Good, casual and decent capacity on the second level Taste: Great, flavours were beyond expectations Presentation: Great Value: Great, good bargain Service: Great, they take note of what you ask for Overall: Great, will definitely visit and hope they got new flavours then

They are placed in plastic canisters which make them very handy in case you want to enjoy your meals on-the-go. He makes sure that each sandwich is packed with fresh and healthy ingredients to sustain me during an intense workout. My favorite of the bunch is Crabsticks and Mangoes or previously known as their California Maki Sandwich. Strips of crab meat, lettuce and ripe mangoes are generously distributed between two slices of wheat bread. A sheet of nori is even thrown into the mix in order to attain a Japanese vibe that I think this sandwich is going for. Their Rosemary Chicken is also worth a try. Whether it's for a pre or post workout, carb or protein loading, The Sandwich Guy is definitely my guy.

The first thing that you will notice about TSG is that it's extremely affordable, and that's an attractive quality of any establishment to any newcomer to the working life. Amazingly enough, the sandwiches aren't too shabby either! I expected a bland, measly serving just because the price tag seemed too good to be true but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the serving was actually decently-sized and it tasted pretty good too. My favorites here are the ham, bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich as well as the English egg sandwich. Friendly tip: just add P20 for a cup of frothy premium iced tea! Diba? San ka pa?

For me, a salad shines with a good dressing. That's why it's called dressing: it shouldn't be…read moremasked with artificial flavors, and neither should you eat it undressed. The salad, not you. And in all its simplicity, Go! Salads's lemon basil vinaigrette made my salad sing. I detected lemon basil, a bit of honey, a squirt of lemon juice, salt, and olive oil, just enough to bring out each salad component's flavors. I inhaled the full serving in 5 minutes. Aside from the Peachy Traveller salad, I was also impressed with their Balsamic Mushroom Chickpea sandwich, a thick, six-inch long ciabatta loaf stuffed with this huge slab of sweet-tangy and juicy mock meat, topped with fresh cucumber slices. Incredulous, I had to verify with the server if this was indeed the chickpea filling, not tofu. Affirmative. Their pita bread with garlic hummus was nothing out of the ordinary. But for one slice of pita, there was plenty of hummus left over to dip my sandwich in. Their Eastwood branch is cozy, with a private nook for more intimate dates. Intimacy aside, I like my privacy even in public, so this tiny quiet spot away from prying eyes is a plus for me. HOWEVER: For a salad joint, Go! Salads does not serve plenty of vegan-friendly options. All of their salads either have meat or animal by-products like cheese and honey. You'll have to ask the server to omit these, or you can gun for their green smoothies, and some of their sandwiches and soups. Their specialty teas are a bit watery and bland; the cupcakes, flavorful as they are, tend to be dry.The tea could swap some of its moisture for the cupcakes' sweetness, and life would be perfect. At the time of my visit, the staff blasted OPM rock music on the radio, which didn't fit the store's peaceful ambience and ethos. The other patron, a girl in her twenties, was deeply immersed in a book, so I'm sure that the loud, blaring tunes were an unwelcome distraction as well. This is a place to detox, and that includes clearing your mind of noise, not adding to it. The staff obviously was playing loud music for themselves, not for the clientele. STILL: I plan to return, this time for the smoothies.

Naka lagay na kasi sa plastic container ang mga healthy salads at snacks na mabibili dito kaya hindi ko na kailangan pang isipin kung paano ko ito ibabaon. Oorder lang ako dito ng dalawang gourmet salad (P100.00/each), isang green smoothie (P100.00) at dalawang pita with hummus or sun dried tomato snack (P50.00/each) at buhay na ako mula brunch hanggang hapunan. The menu is simple and straight forward - a whole cheesesteak or a half one. You have an option of adding jalapeños too. Since there were 3 of us, we ordered 1 whole and 1 half since we didn't know how big it was. Upon trying it... we just had to get the last half we left behind. The cheesesteak was AWESOME! It's by far the best one I've had in the country. The bread is light, fluffy, but also chewy. It has a nice crisp from being toasted but stays soft on the inside. I just had to tell them that the bread was really good. It's not very common to have yummy bread in a sandwich. The cheese was really rich too but not overpowering since it still allows you to taste the meat and the bread. The sandwich isn't over stuffed with meat but it has the right amount to be able to have a generous portion with every bite. As I was eating my cheesesteak, I started thinking of when I would next visit. It was that good. It was reasonably priced too! A whole Cheesesteak is only Php180. I specifically enjoyed it because it really highlighted the importants parts - bread, cheese sauce, and steak. A lot of other cheesesteaks around like to put onions and bellpeppers which I don't really appreciate. The place is small but has a few seats and a bar for you to be able to dine in. I got to meet the owners. They're very nice and accommodating. They're the same owners to as the famous Cheesesteak restaurant in Makati which was around in the 1980s until the late 1990s. So glad they decided to open again and share this awesomeness with millennials (and everyone else)!
