It's certainly not completely healed, but I left with a dramatic improvement. The difference was obvious, and honestly, it surprised me. I didn't fully appreciate how much he'd helped until I got home and started moving around. What stands out most is not just Zach's skill, but how much he genuinely cares about his work. You can feel it in the attention he brings and the quality of his touch. After all these years, he's continued to refine his craft, and it shows. I'm incredibly grateful to be on the receiving end of that kind of dedication. Thank you, Zach. I'll definitely be back.

Dr. Fuller is a magician for any sports injuries you may have!…read more Pre-covid I was an avid Barry's Bootcamper with 4-5 days of intense workouts and sometimes doubling up a week. As you can imagine, HIIT workouts and heavy lifting can cause a bit of strain on the body. I initially came to Dr. Fuller at first for wrist pain and chronic knee pain which he thankfully diagnosed as tight forearms and gave me help in stretching out my IT-band. He thoughtfully explained what was causing the pain and gave me exercises, myofascial release techniques to help mitigate and heal the issue as well as follow up appointments to track the injuries' healing. I love the way Dr. Fuller educates you on your body and muscles & tendon connection as he's trying to explain the injuries. The other thing I loved is that since he specializes in sports medicine & injuries and is active himself, instead of defaulting to the usual Doc advice of "just don't workout for 2-3 weeks" he tells you exercises to avoid and modifications to do until your injury is healed. Since that initial visit I have come to him w/ a sprained ankle, strained calf, and most recently due to Covid lockdown neck & shoulder strain and hip pain/tightness. My neck & shoulder ceased up so badly that I was in tears actually and he was kind enough to accommodate an emergency visit. (Turns out working out intensely indoors then sitting in front of a makeshift WFH setup isn't great for your body.) He helped me out so much and through follow up visits that involved cupping & myofascial massage movements and at home icing and exercises, I'm back to overhead shoulder presses and working out 3-4x/wk again. I'm a Canuck from Victoria, BC who - while exploring a life/career opportunities in my beloved San Fran - began skating/ traning at Yerba Buena arena in 2013. One day at this wonderful ice arena, I said to myself "Man am I OUT. I need to find a great chiropractor in San Fran" - literally not 5 minutes went by and Dr Kirsti stepped off the ice.. and within 5 minutes I learned not only was she a fellow Canuck but also a chiropractor! She is warm, engaging, attentive . An athlete (in great shape) - she is not only an accomplished figure skater herself, a "Tough Mudder" to boot... I have now had several adjustments with her- to great success -from "out.... to aligned' helping my on-ice balance and of course comfort being inside my physical apparatus. Way back in the day, my ex- boyfriend was a chiropractor. he helped fix any problems I may have had on my shoulders, and lower back, but after we broke up, I couldn't find anyone as good as he was. In fact, I ignored the issues by getting a body massage more than twice every month, and it feels good every time but the pain in my shoulders and arms never went away until I saw Laura lately. I must admit I was a little skeptical at first and was thinking, how on earth can a skinny young lady like Laura make my pain go away? WRONG!!! Laura not only has great strength with her hands, but she also has fantastic skills and knowledge of the body! I love how she explained to me as she moved and used certain techniques to smooth out the problem I've been dealing with. It might sound weird, but I love getting my neck cracked lol. It was amazing and I didn't want my session to end, haha. Now I just have to make a commitment to take better care of my body by getting it adjusted and checked regularly as I should. Yep, I've found my chiropractor and I'm glad it's Laura and not my ex! LOL
