I contacted Mike Bowden who simply blew me off and said "home building is a science with so many moving parts" and also said "looks like everything turned out good". My reply was "good construction is a matter of pride and nobody should have to have this much damage to a new home" and "yes, it's great since another contractor rebuilt what his builder - Rusty Ninas screwed up". Bowden ended with "your problem is with the builder- HE HIRED THE BUILDER! I would not recommend this builder or developer to anyone.

The HOA is 200 an year for a maintenance of the front entrance and a super small park which no kids play in, how about they go to something more useful like lawn maintenance for all in this subdivision. We are truly considering cutting ties and making sure we do not recommend this place or builder.
