I explained that I was an Army Wife and the very nice receptionist referred me to Sandi who is also an Army Wife. Sandi called today to let me know that it's sold. She did everything for me even after I've moved on to our new duty station. She took time on the weekends to go check on my house since I'm 3000 miles away and was worried about. When things got held up due to some sort of red tape she kept me informed of the delays and what was causing them. If I wanted the thermostat turned down she went and did it. She's a freaking Angle for putting up with me and my worry and doing all the foot work that this sale required. I know that agents get a commission so you might think, "She was doing her job." but I really think she went above and beyond her job requirements. It was my first home and only 1000 sq ft so it was under 100K. In my opinion she is worth more than she made on this measly commission.

She lied and manipulated me into thinking I was getting what I wanted which was $270k buyer pays close. She ended up tricking me into pay all the closing cost and told me she would sue me I didn't sell it because I was under contract. That was not the deal I would never sold my house and pay someone over 15k to "show" the house. Also she brings all of her kids with her and asked me if I would watch her kids while she viewed the house very unprofessional. Just look at the pictures.
