7/28/25-update again: Well I was told it would be 3-4 days, that has now turned into over a week…read morewith no date of completion. The owner Jovan has no clue what is going on so he lies everytime we call for an update. I was told to drop it off because the transmission was in, I was told they finally started working on it last Thursday, now he says that they are having to wait for the transmission and there is logistics involved. He has no clue what lie to give us next. Why they don't just fix my vehicle and give it back is beyond me. Why keep dragging us through the mud for no reason. I paid the high down, I have made every payment on time even though my vehicle is not fixed still at almost 3 months into this. How can this even be real. The worst part is they do this to people knowing they can't do a thing about it. They don't lose anything and could care less because they will just keep getting away with scamming people. It's been over a week and all I want is an accurate update or my vehicle back. Is that too much to ask?!?! Even better when you get a call from the owner that last 2 mins and he answers nothing then hangs up on you because scamming customers is more important. Jovan is even more rude than his staff. The absolute worst dealership and shop! STAY AWAY!!! Update #2: They finally tell me to drop my vehicle off and have now had it for 2 days and have not touched it at all! Their awful excuse is it was too long to get in their shop so they had to clean the other side out. Are you serious?!?! Don't bother trying to talk to anyone because you can't ever talk to anyone just the worthless guy who answers the phone and is rude and can't do anything at all. This company just gets worse and worse. They don't care that your making payments on time while they run you around, or that they are leaving you without a vehicle for over a week when it was supposed to be 3-4 days which is still longer than most shops. Update: It has now been over 2 months since I started the fight with this company. I still do not have my 50k vehicle fixed. Still more excuses, we have to repeatedly call for updates and get nowhere. Don't ask to speak to the owner because it won't ever happen. The warranty they offer is just a cash cow for them they don't actually honor it or do anything with it. I called the warranty company myself and they have no record of my vehicle.....at this point I'm convinced they never planned to fix my vehicle. Transmission was supposed to be in today, here it is end of day no word from anyone and conveniently no one is available to speak to either. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE AS YOU CAN!!! At first thought we found a diamond in the rough here. Had nice vehicles and even offer a warranty.....the catch is you will get a vehicle with a big mechanical issue then you will spend the next 30 plus days fighting to get it fixed. Fighting just to get communication. You will get the run around. Call the warranty company and after almost a month since I bought the vehicle they say they don't even show an active account for me. Yet I'm told by Vicki that I have an approved repair. Wait 2 weeks for a tacking number that I have to keep calling for updates on just to be told conveniently it was lost in shipping....how do you lose a whole transmission??? That's not counting the radio screen that doesn't work still. So here we are over a month later, a 50k vehicle with nothing but problems and no answers.

Either the guys that work for the owner down right don't care or incompetent. I needed a new engine for my truck, my in law told me about this business since I had just PCS'd back to Bragg/Liberty. I thought the owner was decent and either he doesn't know what his employees are doing, specifically his daughter that works at the cash register or his son that supervises the projects upon completion. After my truck had been worked on, the truck never drove the same. Always stalled with many more issues. During time of warranty, I took the truck back and let them know what issues I had. I was told they fixed the issues but really saw no difference upon return of the vehicle. Since I knew I had just received a new engine, I took the truck to the dealership for a completely different issues thinking that would solve all the issues I was having. After a couple days and different diagnostics, I was told I needed a new engine. I told them that couldn't be when I in fact just had engine work completed. The difference this time was these guys showed me exactly where the issue was and recommended that I didn't get the job complete with them to save money. Upon return to Crumplers, the daughter who I didn't want to deal with due to previous encounter guess my issues wasn't important. Never seen someone eat a meal in your face when trying to resolve an issue. Not only did this lady have a nasty attitude from before now we got rude and customer issue isn't important. The son, called me to tell me after already spending over 8K with them I needed to spend another 700 and that would solve all my issues. I of course stated that he made no sense and what remaining issue he was referring to was connected to the engine. He of course back pedaled and then said well he wasn't there when the engine was out in he came to the project afterwards. Make a long story short these guys are clowns. Wouldn't recommend you get an oil change here. More than likely the oil wouldn't be replaced, hence untrustworthy and unreliable. Already working to ensure they are black listed from service members but I'm sure their local population will support due to convenience of location. Again, if you can, go somewhere else!

The good, the bad, and the fixable. **if you are selling,…read morethey don't take POAs.** Buckle up, this will be a long one. By the end of it you might think I should have given a lower rating. Well. The good was just that good. The GOOD: Jenni. Saleswoman that greeted me when my appointment was running late. She got me started on selling my car. Pictures. Information. All the technical stuff. Here is how she became the star of her dealership. Even though I wasn't here job, she freely made time for me. Small talk. Shared tales of past car buys. How she had come to Mazda. Customers she had sold to, waiting for oil changes, came up to her to catch up. Wish her well. If I need a vehicle in NC, I'd buy from her. Ladies. Tired of being treated a certain way when buying a car. You've got an advocate in Jenni. Everyone else- she's a straight shooter. The BAD: called the night before and talked to Jordan. Told him my situation and said it would be a POA sale about 5 times on a 4 min call. Asked how early I could bring it in for an appraisal the following morning and he said 0900. Ask for Rob or Jordan. I showed up at 0855. Sat with Jenni for an hour. Rob was in a scheduled begging of the month managers meeting. (No sign of Jordan) So I was scheduled to come in when a meeting was already in place. Then. Rob picked up all the information Jenni had gathered and left to another office. 20 mins later he was back, where he then introduced himself. He stated that they [dealership] doesn't accept Power of Attorney buys. He was so sorry. And by the way they wouldn't have been able to match an offer I had come in with from another car buying source. They were 2k lower. Jenni said she was sorry for not knowing about the POA. WASTE of 3 hours. The Fixable: Train everyone in the building that you don't take POAs. Have no issue with you having a policy. Just better training. Second. Train people to take better appointments. I may not be in a hurry or have a full schedule, but some customers might not enjoy waiting an hour.

Found out the headgasket was fine, the only thing wrong was a clog in the radiator line. We would have spent almost $3000+ for the problem not to be fixed by monkeywrench. I question if the waterpump was even the problem. I would not recommend them because they don't seem to try and find the issue. Just guess and charge. I'm very disappointed.
