Betty was the only one who actually listened to everything we needed AND wanted, plus checked on a lot of things no one else did and made a few great suggestions. Their estimate was higher than others we got but it became VERY clear that the difference was worth paying. The team is incredibly skilled and they were constantly checking on details I would have never even considered. They were very respectful of our space, used high-quality materials, and made sure nothing affected our HOA restrictions (as much as we wish we could replace the fence!). Betty was always in communication and easy to reach with questions, and she stopped by at several points in the process to see that everything was meeting her high standards. The team left us with a cleaned space and detailed instructions about how to maintain everything long-term. We will absolutely be calling CIB for our next project.

If we filed a restraining order, please send us the paper work we served you with...oh, you can't, because it didn't happen. We never touched the tile, which is the basis for this review, before you stopped responding to me. I actually did send all evidence to Yelp Guarantee and they agreed to send back $2500 based on our evidence. Once that occurred, we got another company to demo the shower and the 24 X 48 tiles literally fell off the walls. I see that you changed the name and filed for a business license on 12/31/2024 (after you were last on our property mid-December). Congratulations. Remember in the state of GA, when you don't do the work yourself (since your knees are bad, remember?), you need a contractor's license for jobs over $2500.

We could not be any happier with UWD of Atlanta. We always get 3 quotes for any major renovation…read moreand their quote saved us over 10k from the next closest estimate. Charlie showed us different options of things that we could do to save money without changing the footprint. Eugeniy kept us informed on the timeline as the windows were being made and then as the installation crew were installing. The installation crew were very tidy, professional and had all 32 windows installed in 2 days. Eugeniy stopped by to inspect the work. Completely seamless for us and by far our easiest home renovation project. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct Of Atlanta.

The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. We will definitely be back in the future for other windows in our home!

Sunny estimated his guys could get the job done in 10-12 business days. They got it done in 9 total days. Instead they demolished the shower and had everything out of the house for trash pick-up in a few hours without scratching a single tile on the floor. His team constantly exceeded expectations. They showed up on time every day and worked almost non-stop until the end of the day. At the end of it all, the quality of work done by everyone on the team was top notch.
