They give fantastic service. Great prices. Never had an issue with them and their warranties are great.

Had a wonderful experience here! The staff is very friendly…read moreand helpful. Was able to get in before my appointment time. The only down fall here is that if you have to purchase eyeglasses here they are very pricey!! Sure they have a section for the more inexpensive frames, as you know you get what you pay for lower end styles. You want the more stylish frames, you guessed it you pay dearly. Other then that the Doctors here and staff here are great! We have been coming here for decades! Yup I said it decades, when our kids were small now they are older with kids of there own. (Our original eye Doctor at this location passed away years ago) Yes, our kids with their kids come to this location as well!! Over the years this business has had renovations done, looks very classy and professional inside now. -Parking can be scares at times depending what time of the day your appointment is. -Over all, Of course we will be returning! -Never had bad service here.

My family used to use this company for our eye care needs and when I was picking out glasses two of the staff were talking loudly enough to hear behind my back about how I was being difficult for wanting a simple pair of frames and not the flashy expensive pairs they wanted to sell me. After that we decided to take our business elsewhere. These comments in no way reflect the eye doctors at this location. They even fired one of the staff that was rude to us due to multiple complaints. We considered going back, but changed our minds when our sons glasses frames needed to be replaced, but were dealt with a rude condescending male and female that said they would get back to us and of course never did. Our family has worked in customer service for a combined 70 years total and know this is not how you conduct good customer service! Will never go back and have even been told by a few surrounding businesses that they are not nice people to deal with! Highly recommend anywhere else! One star for the eye doctors only!

My family has been long time patients here - initially for the convenience, then for the service…read more However, the quality of service has been noticeably deteriorating lately. Things to consider: (1) Covid prevention protocol is virtually non-existent for a medical office. They ask a few questions at time of booking but no follow up screening on the day of appointment, no 2m distancing established for waiting patients, no noticeable sanitization in between handling patients, payments, etc (2) Full upfront payment required for ordering glasses, contacts - this is new and significant because the wait time to receive the product has increased so you are out of cash but without the product for a longer time. (3) The time estimate they give you for receiving your glasses is not close to accurate. In one case 5-10 days has become over a month and we still do not have the product. In another case, 5-10 days is now over a couple weeks and counting. It is possible that their labs may be backed up but providing a realistic heads up or following up appropriately would be nice considering that the waiting patient is coping with less than ideal vision in the interim. New patients should plan to get their eyeglass prescription filled at LensCrafters, Costco, or other more expedient providers if time is a factor.

From that test, I ordered glasses through their office at a much lower price than quoted by my original optometrist's office. I've had my two new sets of lenses in my glasses for just three days, and the difference is pretty amazing. They are comfortable to wear, and my headaches have diminished thus far, finally. I plan to enter their vision therapy program, which is a pay-per-visit arrangement (aka not $3000 up front like a SE vision therapy office) and will update should there be anything but stellar value.
