Retuned it with no issues. Third trip an electrician came out and replaced faulty break. Hot tub filled and leaked. After 7th service trip the pump is now leaking and I asked to have it replaced. this started June of 2023. We went away for winter. Started trying to book a service appointment in April and they stalled me until May 29, 2024. Because they have been out 7 times and only been able to charge me $107 they wI'll no longer service my tub. Its never stopped leaking in all this time.

Their preferred vendor is Krzyzewski & Sons in Pigeon. My $18k concrete job is crumbling and I have been begging either the concrete vendor or Blue Water to come and look at it for 6 weeks and they have been evasive and rude. Kory just makes excuse after excuse. There were a lot of little things that weren't handled properly by Blue Water as well. They were supposed to reinstall my fence but didn't put any concrete in the footing and only buried the post a foot deep. It blew over 3 months after it was "installed". My slide has leaked since day 1 and has been "fixed" 5 times now. There are several other issues too that I would be happy to share. Pools are expensive, make sure you are getting the backyard relaxation you are paying for and not the nightmare that I have. I regret my choice to use them.

Sucks this is the only pool service company in Port Huron as now I am three weeks behind schedule and am going to be cutting it dangerously close to winter with getting my leak identified, repaired, and on someone else's schedule for the closing. They had just left the job and we noticed a hole in the liner (which i understand things happen - they had got it caught on something). We called, sent pics. They gave us two options (1) they come and take the liner out and leave us with nothing (as you know in the fall this is hard to get someone else or a nice day to do or (2) they would give us the liner for half price. We had just wanted a job done with no holes in the liner. They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Asked to speak to the owner with no avail. Do your self a favour and never deal with this company.
