He found the knot of hurt in my shoulder blade area and approached it a number of ways to loosen its hold on me. Months of sweet relief. I would have gone back to Alex when the pain came back a few months later, but I live in Riverdale. I tried CBD oil and that helped to bring me to 90% pain free. Now, back in Hunter, NY for vacation I scheduled a myofascial massage with Alex. He remembered me from the year before and the treatment the other day left me a little sore (totally expected and normal) and this morning I woke up so limber and relaxed for yoga class.
