The project manager, Chris Gordy, remained involved and checked on the remodel daily. His super power is his ability to find and correct. What an eye for detail! Each crew was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and treated my home with respect. The job notebook was kept on premises and provided detailed plans for each day. This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. I live in New Mexico and when my cousin passed away, we flew in to empty the house and clean it up. We thought we left everything in good condition and texted pictures to the property owner. My cousin, did break the lease when she smoked in the home. That is unfortunate and it is reasonable to expect that she should be charged for repainting the home. However, what she was charged by the owner of the property is completely excessive. Again, she was 81 and single and was only in the home for 3.5 months before she passed. The owner claims the laminate floor was damaged and had to be repaired $250.00. She claimed she had to have all the Air Ducts and grills cleaned $525.00. She claimed the newly epoxied garage floor had dirt stains and had to be recoated $600.00, she claimed 2 light bulbs and broken blinds $400.00, repainting the house $2890.00 (not questioning this fee), 6 weeks of rent to get the repairs done $3037.00 a conveniently long time. You can see from my pictures that everything looks good and clean and there are no damaged blinds on the sliding glass doors in the living area. These fees are excessive. I would be very cautious in working with anyone connected with this leasing company and the property owner, Ginger Boyd Sarno. The address of the home is 2544 Showcase Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89134.
