SHELBY HENNING is a financial nightmare! Property was supposedly "vacant" for several months. During the "vacancy", Shelby had pre-meditated a robbery. On 10/6/23, she reports that my refrigerator was stolen and sends photos. Shelby suggested locksmith and light cleaning to secure the property asap. I looked into the metadata on the photos to find that it was dated 9/30/23. I called the vendors on the invoice to confirm date of service was 9/28/23. At this point, Shelby no longer responds to my emails/ calls/text when I questioned the inconsistency. I receive a call from Mike Vasquez. Initially, he did not identify his role, so I asked. He states that he is the spouse of Shelby and her assistant. He mentions that he assist with move outs and is a general contractor. I had asked if he was the same Mike Vasquez who owns Dynasty Property Maintenance (another erroneous transaction that was charged to my account for a service that was never done/needed).... This has been reported to the police and State of Nevada real estate division for further investigation.
