Appliances are not that great. Many many people in the neighborhood have had fires in their microwaves that were meant to be countertop but were installed as built ins. Hinges are all painted ethics causes creeking and black soot/debris in just a couple of years. They also flake now. Hinges should never be painted. Circuit breakers are all very very cheap causing trips throughout the house and we have to replace them all. I've built 4 homes and never had these issues before.

I had one issue with ac not cooling at 11pm on a Friday night. Called and they were here by 12:30am to repair it. The people who ALWAYS answer the phone are also exceptional at customer service. It is so wonderful to actually speak to a live person who is professional and helpful. However, you should be warned that the office will cancel or change your appointment at will without warning you. We had an appointment that had been set for 9-12 today. Yesterday we got a call saying they would be here in the afternoon. When my husband called today, he was told it would be early afternoon and that they were full in the time slot they had originally made our appointment for. The rep I talked to was nice but thought it was perfectly ok to change an appointment at will and not let the homeowner know. So if you go with their good techs, be ready for a change of appointment. Make certain your entire day is empty to wait for them. Possibly a training of office staff is in order unless this is just the way they choose to do business.
