Hinges are all painted ethics causes creeking and black soot/debris in just a couple of years. They also flake now. Hinges should never be painted. Circuit breakers are all very very cheap causing trips throughout the house and we have to replace them all. I've built 4 homes and never had these issues before.

Fast forward: closing day went well except, to find out that no one knew where the home's keys were located. Eventually, 24 hours after signing the fine print: the keys showed up. I wish I had a better experience with this company. But, I didn't!! If I had to do it again, I'd wait a week to make a decision. But, for the next 5 years, I'll be here. I had one issue with ac not cooling at 11pm on a Friday night. Called and they were here by 12:30am to repair it. The people who ALWAYS answer the phone are also exceptional at customer service. It is so wonderful to actually speak to a live person who is professional and helpful. I will stay with this company because of their customer service, and highly recommend getting a service contract with them!! Thank you as always Tempo.

Left four voicemails in span of three days no one picks up and then finally i get someone and they send a wrong type of technician or sales person who cant even give me a quote. Then i finally get a technician out after leaving a bad review and they schedule me for a repair that i signed off on to repair and guess what he doesnt show up and once again i call and no one picks up left voicemail again. Like whats the point of making an appointment to get a repair? I reached out to haley like they recommended me in google review but they basically put bandaid and basically have zero accountability. I am out of options and definitely would recommend everyone else to look for a different company.
