This is hands down the WORST dry cleaner I've ever dealt with. I brought in my $150 jacket --…read morebarely 4 months old and in perfect condition -- for a simple cleaning. When I came to pick it up, it had rips in the front partially through the fabric, (so even sewing it up wasn't an option to fix it) like it had been caught and ripped during their cleaning process. When I brought it to their attention, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they actually tried to say it was just "normal wear and tear." Are you kidding me?! A 4-month-old jacket doesn't just *tear itself* while being professionally cleaned. And then they had the nerve to say we hadn't "spent enough money" with them for them to do anything about it. The only thing they offered was $15 -- for a jacket they ruined that cost ten times that. No apology, no accountability, just excuses and attitude. This place is a joke. They don't care about your clothes, and they definitely don't care about their customers. Take your business *anywhere else* -- unless you're okay with getting your stuff back damaged and being blamed for it.

Dropped off several sport coats, which I thought a slight pricey at nearly $7 each but considering I came in after 5 PM on a Friday and they were available for pick up the next day by 2 PM, it didn't seem too bad. They also had a Yelp check-in coupon for 20% off so that came in handy. Initially I had my 3 year-old with me and both the woman who checked us out as well as the young male worker took the time to speak with him. He was very interested in going into the back and he was jokingly offered a job once he turned 16! Even with the few minutes of chit chat and setting up a new account, drop off was easy and surprisingly quick. Pick up was just as smooth. I liked that they helped me get the hangers up off the rod being that they were rather heavy. All of the jackets looked good as new and had a pleasant, fresh sent. I don't mind paying a little more knowing our clothes are going to be cleaned and pressed properly, not too mention the quick turn around and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

I was robbed I started taking my husbands clothes over…read morethere. I have to say the service is good and one of the ladies there is really nice, sadly I don´t know her name. One day my husband told me he was missing a pair of cackie pants and two shirts he wears for work, that maybe I left them at the cleaners, I assure him I brought home everything they gave, he then says "maybe they stole them", I have to say i got angry at him telling him it´s not nice to think like that, that it´s absurd, they deal with clothes everyday. Two weeks later he notices two more shirts are missing so I tell him I´ll star taking notes of the clothes I take there and the clothes I pick up to show him I was right, that he must have left clothes in some of him work travels (I must mention that he´s obsessed with order and with taking care of his things so that´s remotely possible, but I´m obsessed with believing people are good until I´m shown different). So I count everything everytime I drop and pick up, weeks go by, I´m attended by the nice lady I mentioned at the beginning and everything is OK. Until one time that I´m attended by another lady who has never been lets say nice, but she hasn´t been specially rude either, I count my clother when dropping and when I pick them up "surprise" I´m missing another pair of pants and 2 more shirts, I tell her and politely ask to look if there are still some of my clothes hanging there. She get angy and in a rude manner she tells me there´s nothing back there, I´m still calm and tell her that everytime I drop clothes I count and write down and I´m missin 3 items, she raises her voice telling me she received my clothes days back and nothing is missing, that there was not any other clothes on the counter so there couldn´t be a mistake. Giving her the chance to correct her I tell her that actually the day I dropped my clothes there was another bunch of clothes on the counter and I separated them because they were to close and I wanted to prevent a mistake, asking her again to go back and check if someone had return something. She continues rasing her voice, telling me there´s nothing there and she didn´t do anything wrong. By now I´m sure my husband was right. I leave the place and when I get to my car I realize I just dropped clothes so I go back and take my clothes, by no she can tell I´m angy because of my face expression and she tells me "well if you want I can go check", she goes back doesn´t check, just stands up there and comes back and says "nothing". I have been told the manager is having some health issues (if so I hope he´s doing better) so no resolution. So, I take it right back up to the cleaners and the owner tells me he will make it right, but he need to do some more "research" to figure out what happened. So, a week later, I swing by hoping they could get the stains out, but they couldn't. The owner in many words than this, told me: these stains did not happen here. I tried to explain to him, my wife wore it, and then put in our dry-cleaning bin, and then brought up to them. So sometime between when my wife wore it (no stains), to when it was sitting in our laundry bin (no stains), to me taking it to the cleaners (no stains) is when apparently, I messed up this $300+ blouse???? REALLY? He emphatically told me how long he has been in the business, how long his workers have been in the business, and that they did not do this. He was not budging and there is nothing I could say or do to change his mind. Oh, his "best offer" was to give me a $50 credit to the cleaners. In my entire adult life of using cleaners, I have gone back to the cleaners ONCE in 25 years to talk to my clothes having an issue. They weren't worried about the inconvenience to them or making it easy for them, they were kind and helpful. They had just sent off their last "same day service" load for handling and wasn't going to be able to help. So they started looking up other places and was referring me to their competitors to insure I could get what I needed. She ended up sending the suit out after all to get pressed only. And when our suit got back to her she sent us a text letting us know it was ready. Such great helpful genuine customer service!!

The staff wasn't very helpful, they didn't offer a discount for their mistake, it was just a tough luck situation. They ended up not being ready until 2 days After dropping them off. If you're going to offer a service with a guaranteed time, stick with it or don't offer it. As I said, the staff wasn't very friendly and the area didn't make me feel very safe - I even had someone hit my car as I was walking out. One of our shirts, that was brand new, had a hole in it that wasn't there prior to drop off. Considering the quality and lack of proper timing, they also should have been drastically less. I've spent less at brand chains. I don't recommend their services and caution anyone to fully review their garments before leaving the store.
