Thomas always took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and keep us updated every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the process feel organized and much easier to navigate. One of the things we appreciated most was how quickly they were able to get everything done and get us to closing. The entire process moved incredibly fast. We are extremely grateful for all of their help and would absolutely recommend Thomas and the GEM Mortgage team to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thank you for helping make this such a positive experience for our family!

We had Thomas support us 6 years ago when we…read morepurchased our first home and he made the process beyond easy for two very young and inexperienced people. He is kind and patient and believes "there are no dumb questions" which put us at ease; making him very approachable. We loved him so much that when our dream home suddenly and unexpectedly came on the market we chose him for a second time to walk us through the process. Buying your first house is one thing, but having to sell and buy at the same time is another. Again Thomas was able to navigate a crazy market and land us our dream home!! I can honestly say that we would not be in this house without him and all the hard work he put into this. 100% recommend working with him.

An absolutely fantastic experience with Full Circle Home Loans. My first person of contact was…read morewith Tiffany who was incredibly informative, authentic, and responsive. After talking with Seth, there was zero doubt in my mind this is the team I want to be a part of. The group has been outstanding from beginning to end with getting the second home loan. It feels incredibly personal and they are most definitely there to hold your hands and encourage you. I had a bit of a panic attack one day during the process and reached out to both Seth and Tiffany. They were able to bring me back down to Earth, reassure me, and bring me back to feeling excited. This was exactly what I needed. Short term rentals are still very new to me but if you need a team to get you through this, this group is the one. Cannot wait to continue to do work with them.

He spoke to me about some concerns about the deal to make sure I was aware, and I don't think any other lender would have done that because they would just want the deal. They have competitive interest rates and even matched the fees I quoted. His team, Summer and Bernie, were organized, communicative, and so quick that we were able to close in 21 days. Can't thank them enough.

Of course I shopped around and even checked with my credit union, but I couldn't get anywhere. My Realtor Brian Edwards with PAK home realty put me in touch with Adam and that was the best referral I could ever have asked for. Adam was down to earth, knowledgeable, didn't hold back from being honest and a fighter for his clients. I honestly thought he was going to get annoyed with us because of all the questions, text messages, emails, and calls that we made to him, but he assured us that he was on our side and would get the job done. With his expert advice and patience with us, he made us feel less worrisome, and kept positive thoughts along this process. We had a few hiccups but that was only due to the HOA from the 1st property that we chose being non compliant, but they say things happen for a reason. Adam once again assured that things will not just be ok but be even better and he wasn't lying!! We were able to close on our home thanks to Adam and Brian. We appreciate everything you have done for us throughout this process and will definitely continue to work with you in the future. The Butlers
