Finally after 7 day and 20 calls .. I get the guy on the line get finish the quote and send the paperwork. Like that could not have been done at day one, two or three ... but seven!!!!??? I tried to talked to the manager twice and they are not available either. I wasted my time giving these people a chance to do right and turn my into a happy customer. Now, I am warning others to not wait your tie with them. They do not care about you, waste your time, and are completely unprofessional. Stay away from working with Ricky.

She was very knowledgeable, professional and patient through out our year long home buying process. so when we knew that she's a loan officer now, we didn't hesitate to contact her to help us with our loan for our new home. With her background and experience in the real estate and home loan industry, the whole process was just smooth and effortless. We didn't even need to meet with her in person. everything was through minimum email/text and phone calls. She is very responsive and patient with all the questions we have(whether it's loan related or home-purchasing related. yes, she will answer them all because she pretty much knows them all, and she will explain to you very well), she understood exactly where we are at and guided us step by step throughout the process. one thing i like the most is that she's always on top of the communication and prepares us for the next step. she would email and text/call us just to make sure that we are updated through the process. she let you know what she needs ahead of time so you can have plenty of time to prepare the documents. and most importantly, the rate we got is awesomely low! beats all the major banks or credit unions out there. she first let us know the recent market rate and gave us idea about where and when is the best to lock the rate. and They are DIRECT LENDER. loan app was approved very fast. We really want to thank Tracy for saving us a lot of money and time. We highly recommend her.

From the very beginning, they treated…read moremy application as if it were fraudulent, requiring excessive documentation far beyond what is normally expected. Instead of conducting a reasonable review, they repeatedly demanded unnecessary supporting evidence and questioned information that was already well documented. What was most frustrating was that they even challenged the qualifications of my licensed CPA, who has been preparing my tax returns in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Such unreasonable scrutiny caused unnecessary delays, stress, and inconvenience. I understand the need for due diligence, but there is a clear difference between legitimate verification and treating honest customers as though they are attempting to commit fraud. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services.

Looking back, Donavan's biggest gift was being the catalyst we badly needed to taking initiative in buying a home. If my wife and I hadn't met Donavan, we would still be going nowhere, still looking on Redfin and sending each other listings as we had been for months and months. His knowledge of the Los Angeles market gave us confidence in him. Donavan held our hands through the purchasing and loan process and made it super easy for us by maintaining daily communication and staying on top of our loan process while we were both at work. I come from a commercial financing background and he knows his stuff so I was super comfortable working with him through this process... He was in our corner the whole way and even had some veteran tricks up his sleeve as our RE agent and loan officer that gave us negotiating leverage (read til the end) and favorable loan terms and pricing. I shopped around for loans and still went with him in the end. THIS GUY REALLY CARES. He even read our HOA Docs and gave us cliff notes, gave us ideas for aesthetic, impactful, and value-add renovations. WHO DOES THAT?? I'll wait.... Anyone who has an opportunity to be represented by Donavan as an agent or loan officer will be extremely happy. I will be recommending him to my family or friends going through selling, buying, or financing. For those who are curious... we viewed the home on a Saturday, submitted a competitive offer and after some negotiating our offer was accepted by Wednesday. Then we opened escrow and closed in 3 weeks. From viewing the home to closing escrow took only 4 weeks. He even had seller cover closing costs and some repairs. I know this is a glowing review and he deserves it.
