He had my new home in Deer Valley insured within a day with virtually no effort on my part. Since I live out of state, he even went to the property to complete the self-inspection process on my behalf. To top it off, Scott saved me from being overcharged by a contractor; he recognized an inflated quote for a leak detection system and referred me to a fair, high-quality plumber instead. I highly recommend his services.

Once I got home and reviewed the papers, I found several errors that were made. I called the company to file a complaint. We heard back from a representative today who finally made the changes and thought she was doing us a great favor by not charging us anything more for the changes that were made. Unbelievable. I will never return to this company for anything and would not recommend them to anyone.

A few weeks ago I emailed Eric about some concerns and he tried to help me. When I express my concern about the lack of customer service over the last few years he did not seem to concerned about it. Finally I found a new insurance agent and company (Better rates and customer service). When I called and spoke to one of the people at Jill's office and asked that they cancel both my home owners and auto insurance she said that she would. That was on the 22nd. I had to call into the main customer service tonight because she only canceled my home owners policy. So glad I do not have to use them anymore. They seem not to care about there long term (9 years) customer.
