Ok, so here is the update... they did fix the lights; turns out there was short caused by someone…read moreleaving the trunk open in the rain which is apparently why there was about a foot of water in the wheel well in the trunk. They did not however ever fill up the gas tank. So we took delivery of a vehicle with no gas... even after getting it fixed when they could have taken it next door and filled up they didn't. The tire sensor appears to have gone out according my BF - I guess when they fixed the short, it fixed that as well... The dealer kept hassling me for a binder and I told them that when we got the car back and were confident that we were going to keep it, I would provide them with the binder but that there was no need to add it to my insurance if we weren't going to keep it. Another thing that came up... a major accident repair was not disclosed to us upon purchase, nor did it appear in the Auto Check report (recall that's what we got when we asked for the Car Fax). But, apparently my insurance agent, while adding it to my policy found that there had been a major repair for body work costing over 9K. That was hard to believe considering that is half the worth of the vehicle (new ones NOW sell for 18K base) - I thought if a repair cost that much that they would just total a vehicle. Anyway, the failure to disclose does not sit well with me, but again, it is the BF's car; asked if he still wanted it and he said yea... so, we still have it... I would have turned it back over tot he dealer and gone and gotten the other one of which I spoke in Arlington. Although I said I might bump up the star rating, because of the failure to disclose the major repair and car history I have to keep it here. Am actually tempted to drop it, but, they were prompt in repairing the lights and the little guy who did it actually seemed quite good. So there is the update... bottom line is buyer beware; but that's really applicable I think to ANYONE when dealing with auto dealers. If I had to do anything different, knowing now what I know, anytime I go to purchase another used vehicle, I will be calling my insurance agent first since they have no vested interest in the transaction and in this case, found what apparently the dealer and Auto Check couldn't. Extremely Disappointed - Beware…read more I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. I was sold a vehicle that the dealership later asked me to return because they didn't have the title and were unable to register it with the MVA. I was told by both the salesperson and the manager that I would be refunded my original deposit which I paid 2k and the monthly payment I had already made . Been paying it for 4 month of $688 They then had me purchase another vehicle, which required me to pay an additional $650 deposit. Since then, I have been trying to get confirmation on how and when my refund will be processed. Every time I call, no one gives me an answer. Even worse, whenever I ask to speak with the manager, the call gets disconnected. Whether they're hanging up intentionally or not, it's incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should not disappear the moment there's a problem. Simply wants to get a confirmation I hope the dealership addresses this issue and contacts me immediately to resolve my refund. But will push this matter

The sales associate said that they would have the vehicle delivered if we had our credit information approved. The associate shows us the Car Fax info on the supposedly available Sienna in Winchester and said we could test drive it once our credit was approved and the vehicle was transported, potentially that day, to the Charlottesville location. We provided our credit information which I know to be quite good. A few minutes later the dealer comes back to say the vehicle had just been sold "6 minutes ago". Can't imagine that to be the case and had another family member call the dealership later in the day and was told the vehicle was available. Possible "Bait and Switch" tactic here. I wouldn't ever consider shopping here again, it's a waste of time.

It is not supposed to be in PRISTINE condition. If you want Pristine, then buy a NEW vehicle, then watch it depreciate as soon as you drive it off the lot. Used cars dealerships don't make much of a spread as you think. Lets say they buy a vehicle from an auto auction for 1k, put 1k in repairs in & then sell for 3-4k. Do you really get mad? It's a business & businesses need to make some profit. Anyways, bought a used Porsche here and had a very pleasant experience w/ Moh. He was able to show me the car and get it ready for me to test drive quickly. After purchasing it, he even got it detailed for me to take home. Management is super nice & professional as well. Paperwork was a breeze. One minor thing is that there's no parking in the lot, but I'm sure it was just bad timing. When I'm in the market for another used vehicle, I'll take a look @ Lucky Line first.
